Elevii din familii cu statut socio-economic bun au ob\u021binut, la citire-lectur\u0103, cu 109 puncte mai mult dec\u00e2t cei din familii cu statut socio-economic sc\u0103zut. Un elev dintr-o familie cu statut socio-economic dezavantajat are doar 13% \u0219anse s\u0103 fie \u00eenscris \u00eentr-o \u0219coal\u0103 plasat\u0103 \u00eentre primele 25% dup\u0103 performan\u021b\u0103.\u201d Sursa: <em>Evaluare PISA, Raport OECD, What students know and can do, 2018.<\/em><\/p><p>Nevoia de interven\u021bie se simte nu numai la nivelul cifrelor sau \u00een procentaje, ci pe teren: la \u00eenceputul anului \u0219colar 2020-2021, profesorii Teach for Romania de la clasele II-VIII aveau, \u00een medie, 4 elevi la clas\u0103 care nu \u0219tiau s\u0103 scrie \u0219i s\u0103 citeasc\u0103 \u0219i 6 elevi cu dificult\u0103\u021bi de \u00een\u021belegere a textului. Cele mai frecvent men\u021bionate probleme sunt: \u00een\u021belegerea textului cu dificultate, formularea unor idei\/opinii despre teme simple, lipsa coeren\u021bei \u00een exprimare sau gre\u0219eli mari de scriere.<\/p><p>Printre cauzele identificate de profesori sunt: lipsa oric\u0103rei \u00eendrum\u0103ri \u00een afara \u0219colii, timpul insuficient petrecut la clasa \u00eempreun\u0103 cu ei, diferen\u021bele majore \u00eentre elevi \u00een func\u021bie de nivelul social al familiei, lipsa motiva\u021biei \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile socio-emo\u021bionale foarte pu\u021bin dezvoltate.<\/p><p>Din 2020, cu ajutorul <a href=\"https:\/\/teachforall.org\/\">Teach for All <\/a>am \u00eenceput s\u0103 lucr\u0103m la un program de formare \u0219i mentorat pentru profesori \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tori din sistem, care vor putea s\u0103 diagnosticheze corect \u0219i s\u0103 lucreze mai eficient cu elevii lor care au decalaje de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare de litera\u021bie. Oferim training, mentorat \u0219i suport constant profesorilor din sistem \u00een lucrul cu elevii lor cu decalaje de litera\u021bie, pentru c\u0103 ceea ce lipse\u0219te cu adev\u0103rat \u00een acest moment nu sunt resursele pentru profesori \u2013 cursuri, instrumente mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin sofisticate digital, ci ajutorul oferit s\u0103 le \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 le foloseasc\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba real\u0103, la clas\u0103, cu elevii lor.<\/p><p>Cititul nu se \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 buc\u0103\u0163ic\u0103 cu buc\u0103\u0163ic\u0103, ci printr-o abordare holistic\u0103 pe care copiii o observ\u0103 la cititorii din jurul lor \u015fi \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e cum s\u0103 procedeze la fel. Astfel, \u00een func\u021bie de c\u00e2t de expu\u0219i au fost la interac\u021biunea cu textul, \u0219ansele ca mai t\u00e2rziu s\u0103 devin\u0103 buni cititori sunt mai mari.<\/p><p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 impactul asupra vie\u021bii de adult, dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de litera\u021bie au un efect direct \u00een integrarea elevului \u00een via\u021ba \u0219colar\u0103 curent\u0103. Dac\u0103 diferen\u021ba \u00eentre nivelul lui de litera\u021bie \u0219i cel prev\u0103zut de program\u0103 devine prea mare, acesta se retrage din actul educational.\u00a0 De aceea, prin programele noastre, am ales s\u0103 intervenim astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 sus\u021binem fiecare elev, indiferent c\u00e2t de mare este decalajul dintre cerin\u021bele programei \u0219i nivelul s\u0103u de instruire, indiferent de mediul din care provine, sprijinim educa\u021bia \u0219i oferim sus\u021binere constant\u0103.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u201e41% dintre elevii de 15 ani au rezultate slabe la citire (au dificult\u0103\u021bi de interpretare a semnifica\u021biei textelor parcurse).
