Se aude destul de des \u00een sistemul educa\u021bional din Rom\u00e2nia c\u0103 un profesor bun poate s\u0103 fie un director bun. Nu neap\u0103rat adev\u0103rat. Mirela \u0218te\u021bco, director de training Teach for Romania, ne-a povestit c\u0103 cel mai bun lucru pe care \u00eel poate face un director de \u0219coal\u0103 este s\u0103 adune la un loc \u00eentregul eco-sistem al elevilor \u0219i s\u0103 lucreze \u00eempreun\u0103. Situa\u021bia la firul ierbii, este c\u0103 mul\u021bi din ace\u0219ti manageri sunt cople\u0219i\u021bi. Prima este \u00een\u021belegerea s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 a rolului de director de \u0219coal\u0103. Directorii-\u0219efi nu mai sunt eficien\u021bi, iar munca de echip\u0103 este cheia. A doua component\u0103 \u021bine de identificarea nevoilor \u0219i de a angrena eco-sistemul \u00een schimbarea pe care \u0219i-o propun, iar a treia component\u0103 a fost construc\u021bia de ini\u021biative \u0219i a modului de implementare \u00een fiecare comunitate.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>F\u0103r\u0103 lucruri formale reduse la adeverin\u021be de participare<\/strong><\/p><p>Cursul s-a adresat tuturor cadrelor didactice cu poten\u021bial de leadership care lucreaz\u0103 pentru copiii din comunit\u0103\u021bi vulnerabile. Marian Anghel este profesor de fizic\u0103 \u0219i director al Liceului teoretic \u201ePetre Pandrea\u201d din Bal\u0219, jude\u021bul Olt. El \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te ca performan\u021ba \u0219colii s\u0103 fie mai presus de \u201elucrurile formale reduse la adeverin\u021be de participare\u201d \u0219i face din \u0219coala lui un loc \u00een care profesorii colaboreaz\u0103, \u00eenva\u021b\u0103, testeaz\u0103 \u0219i duc mai departe \u00een clasele lor acest spirit.<\/p><p>Fiecare director a fost conectat cu un formator, un mentor, care l-a \u00eenso\u021bit pe toat\u0103 durata cursului. Ioana Ghiga a fost mentorul lui Marian: \u201eMi-a ar\u0103tat faptul c\u0103 se cupleaz\u0103 pe nevoi reale, c\u0103 nu e un curs ca celelalte \u0219i c\u0103 dore\u0219te s\u0103 rezolve nevoi\u201d.<\/p><p>Dup\u0103 cum ne-a spus \u0219i Mirela, fiecare profesor a avut de f\u0103cut un plan care s\u0103 intre \u00een strategia de dezvoltare a institu\u021biei. Marian Anghel \u0219i-a propus s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 zona de rela\u021bionare cu elevii \u0219i de colaborare. A \u00eencercat \u00een trecut mai multe ac\u021biuni \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bi care l-au convins c\u0103 aceasta este o nevoie real\u0103 a \u0219colii. Modul \u00een care se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 colaborarea este foarte important \u00een \u0219coala sa cu aproape 1000 de elevi \u0219i profesori.<\/p><p>Pentru Marian, cel mai valoros lucru din cursul de Leadership transforma\u021bional a fost partea de mentorat. Dup\u0103 p\u0103rerea lui, aceasta ajut\u0103 foarte mult la aducerea \u00een concret a problemelor \u0219i la men\u021binerea unui fir logic al cursului.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u201eM-ar fi ajutat enorm ca director&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><p>Cu Laura Verde ne-am mai \u00eent\u00e2lnit \u00een podcastul nostru. Laura este profesor de limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 la \u0218coala gimnazial\u0103 nr. 136 din Ferentari \u0219i lucreaz\u0103 de 20 de ani \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt. Aproape 10 a fost directorul \u0219colii, iar la acest curs Laura a fost mentor. A lucrat aproape de to\u021bi directorii din echipa sa \u0219i ast\u0103zi ne spune concluziile.<\/p><p>A plecat de la \u00eentrebarea \u201eCe vom duce mai departe?\u201d, iar r\u0103spunsul principal a fost c\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 directorii \u0219i profesorii identific\u0103 nevoile reale. Prin tehnici diverse, \u0219coala devine un loc al colabor\u0103rii \u00eentre director \u0219i profesori, un loc \u00een care se na\u0219te o strategie viabil\u0103 pe problemele \u0219colii.<\/p><p>I-ar fi pl\u0103cut ca acest curs s\u0103 fi fost accesibil c\u00e2nd era director. Cursul a f\u0103cut s\u0103 a\u0219eze fiecare moment din via\u021ba unui director pe un f\u0103ga\u0219, prin planificare \u0219i g\u00e2ndire strategic\u0103.
