Noi am fost curio\u0219i s\u0103 afl\u0103m ce lucruri interesante a aflat \u00een aceste luni, dar \u0219i ce planuri are pentru dezvoltarea \u0219colii.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><b>\u201ePrin schimbare, prin motivarea celor din echipa mea, vor reu\u015fi s\u0103 se schimbe \u015fi ei, iar \u00eempreun\u0103 vom avea satisfac\u0163ia rezultatelor muncii noastre \u00een echip\u0103.\u201d<\/b><\/p><p>***<\/p><p><b>Povesti\u021bi-ne, v\u0103 rug\u0103m, pu\u021bin despre dumneavoastr\u0103. Cine sunte\u021bi, care este rolul dvs. Cum e comunitatea?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u0103 numesc Viorica Artenie, sunt profesor de discipline tehnice \u015fi director adjunct la Liceul Tehnologic \u201eCostache Conachi\u201d Pechea, jude\u0163ul Gala\u0163i. Sunt adepta conceptului STEAM (\u015ftiin\u0163\u0103, tehnologie, inginerie, art\u0103 \u015fi matematic\u0103) \u015fi \u00eemi place ceea ce predau (proiectare asistat\u0103 de calculator). De aici la \u00eenfiin\u0163atea unui club de robotic\u0103 a fost doar un pas \u015fi anual, din 2012, cel\u00a0 pu\u0163in 10 elevi sunt membri ai acestui club. Aici mi-am descoperit \u015fi mi-am dezvoltat abilit\u0103\u0163ile de mentor, consilier, lider \u015fi coach al echipei. De 4 ani sunt director adjunct \u0219i pot spune c\u0103 din anumite puncte de vedere \u201eechipele\u201d se aseam\u0103n\u0103. Comunitatea e neomogen\u0103, cu oameni implica\u0163i sau dimpotriv\u0103, dar elevii sunt extraordinari prin curiozitate, implicare, creativitate, onestitate \u2013 merit\u0103 tot efortul \u015fi toat\u0103 d\u0103ruirea pentru a-i ajuta s\u0103 creasc\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 devin\u0103 ceea ce \u00ee\u015fi doresc.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Care sunt provoc\u0103rile \u00eent\u00e2lnite \u00een calitate de director?\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cea mai mare provocare pentru mine a fost luarea deciziilor de moment. A trebuit s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163 c\u0103 orice decizie se ia \u201ela rece\u201d. Pentru o persoan\u0103 care pune suflet \u00een tot ce face este foarte greu, dar \u00eemi dau silin\u0163a (nu pot afirma c\u0103 reu\u015fesc tot timpul).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comunicarea trebuie s\u0103 fie eficient\u0103 (concis\u0103, clar\u0103, s\u0103 nu la\u015fi loc de interpret\u0103ri sau ambiguit\u0103\u0163i). Ce am \u00een\u0163eles eu pe parcursul \u00eent\u00e2lnirilor din cadrul acestui curs? Prin schimbare, prin motivarea celor din echipa mea, vor reu\u015fi s\u0103 se schimbe \u015fi ei, iar \u00eempreun\u0103 vom avea satisfac\u0163ia rezultatelor muncii noastre \u00een echip\u0103.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Ce a fost cel mai revelator lucru? Povesti\u021bi-ne un moment de aha sau o super idee pe care a\u021bi preluat-o din sesiunile cursului \u201eLeadership transforma\u021bional\u201d \u0219i c\u00e2t de mult sim\u021bi\u021bi c\u0103 v-a ajutat participarea la acest curs.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Metoda celor 5 WHYs, care te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 determini cauza\/cauzele unei probleme\/efect, m\u0103 duce cu g\u00e2ndul la Managementul calit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi diagrama Ishikawa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reformularea problemei pe care am identificat-o \u00een \u015fcoala mea (problem\u0103 reformulat\u0103 simplu, clar, concis, care a condus la adev\u0103rata problem\u0103, \u00een urma consilierii mele de c\u0103tre mentor), motiva\u0163ia mea \u015fi direc\u0163ia strategic\u0103 pe care doresc s\u0103 propun echipei mele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Ce vi s-a p\u0103rut c\u0103 a fost cel mai greu\/provocator?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u0103 con\u015ftientizez c\u0103 nu eu le fac cel mai bine pe toate, c\u0103 fiecare este foarte bun \u00eentr-un anumit domeniu <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u015fi dac\u0103 \u015ftiu (iat\u0103 provocarea) s\u0103 \u00eei ajut pe cei din \u015fcoala mea s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi descopere rolul \u015fi capacitatea de a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00eendeplini acel rol \u00een echip\u0103. Se pare c\u0103 unii dintre colegii mei de curs au g\u0103sit calea de a trece de aceast\u0103 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provocare \u015fi deja au rezultate. Este un aspect care m\u0103 motiveaz\u0103.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Cum a fost s\u0103 participa\u021bi la sesiuni de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare experien\u021bial\u0103 \u0219i mentorat de grup al\u0103turi de al\u021bi colegi profesori?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contrar a ceea ce am \u00eent\u00e2lnit \u00een cadrul altor cursuri, aici a fost un grup atipic. To\u0163i colegii aveau probleme, unele chiar complicate, grele, dar pentru ei, nu p\u0103reau probleme ci provoc\u0103ri, pentru care aveau deja un plan, chiar \u015fi un plan de rezerv\u0103, colaboratori, oameni de \u00eencredere, adic\u0103 era deja o echip\u0103. \u015ei am aflat \u015fi explica\u0163ia: ani de munc\u0103 \u015fi multe cursuri pentru directori \u015fi pentru profesori.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-14238 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-8-300x251.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Ave\u021bi un mesaj c\u0103tre profesorii implica\u021bi \u00een proiect sau c\u0103tre mentorii din Teach for Romania?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eNu v\u0103 m\u00e2ndri\u0163i cu predarea unui mare num\u0103r de cuno\u015ftin\u0163e. St\u00e2rni\u0163i numai curiozitatea. Mul\u0163umi\u0163i-v\u0103 s\u0103 deschide\u0163i min\u0163ile, nu s\u0103 le supra\u00eenc\u0103rca\u0163i. Pune\u0163i \u00een ele sc\u00e2nteia.\u201d Gr\u0103dina lui Epicur-Anatole France<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ca s\u0103 fiu mai explicit\u0103, am primit \u201esc\u00e2nteia\u201d. Acesta este un program pilot adresat tuturor persoanelor care ocup\u0103 sau care aspir\u0103 la ocuparea unor pozi\u021bii de leadership \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een perioada noiembrie 2021-februarie 2022. Formarea a presupus 2 module de preg\u0103tire teoretic\u0103 \u0219i practic\u0103, organizate \u00een 4 ateliere intensive \u0219i 3 runde de mentorat, prin care s-au dezvoltat \u0219i evaluat competen\u021be precum: g\u00e2ndire strategic\u0103, leadership personal, rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i construire de rela\u021bii.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopul <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proiectului a fost acela de a sprijini cadrele didactice cu poten\u021bial de leadership \u00een construirea unei ini\u021biative strategice care s\u0103 creasc\u0103 accesul echitabil la educa\u021bie de calitate pentru copiii din comunit\u0103\u021bi vulnerabile.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe parcursul celor 4 luni, aproximativ 20 de lideri \u0219colari din 6 jude\u021be (Boto\u0219ani, Bucure\u0219ti, Cluj, Gala\u021bi, Olt, Vaslui), au fost implica\u021bi \u00een peste 100 de ore de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare experien\u021bial\u0103 \u0219i colaborativ\u0103, descoperind cum g\u00e2nde\u0219ti strategic o schimbare sustenabil\u0103 \u0219i cum articulezi o tactic\u0103 adecvat\u0103, \u00een m\u0103sur\u0103 s\u0103 angreneze eco-sistemul \u00een care se dezvolt\u0103 copiii.
