De-a lungul timpului, \u00een rela\u021bia cu copiii, instrumentul ei principal de lucru a fost observa\u021bia permanent\u0103. Ceea ce a apropiat-o foarte mult de copii \u0219i de nevoile lor: nevoia de ata\u0219ament \u0219i nevoia de a avea un model de urmat \u00een via\u021b\u0103.<\/p><p>Deoarece mul\u021bi dintre ace\u0219ti copii au un fundal de familie cu probleme, Henriette s-a ambi\u021bionat s\u0103 \u00eei \u00eenve\u021be pe copii despre c\u0103utarea solu\u021biilor \u0219i despre cum s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i stabileasc\u0103 obiective, pentru a se autodep\u0103\u0219i. Ea \u00eei motiveaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00eei \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 fie proactivi prin implicarea lor \u00een diverse activit\u0103\u021bi. \u0218i nu este un comportament \u00eencurajat doar pentru \u0219coal\u0103. Pentru pasiona\u021bii de englez\u0103 \u0219i cei dornici s\u0103 aprofundeze, am creat un club de englez\u0103, unde ne \u00eent\u00e2lnim pe Zoom, \u00een fiecare duminic\u0103 pentru 2 ore. \u00cen cadrul clubului, am creat un spa\u021biu sigur, un spa\u021biu unde s\u0103 ne exprim\u0103m liber, unde nu exist\u0103 prejudec\u0103\u021bi, unde ne aplaud\u0103m pentru reu\u0219ite \u0219i ne \u00eencuraj\u0103m s\u0103 devenim mai buni, unde elevii mai avansa\u021bi \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe cei \u00eencep\u0103tori \u0219i unde punem la cale particip\u0103ri la proiecte \u0219i concursuri.\u201d<\/p><p>Cum orice poveste de succes este aproape imposibil\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 greut\u0103\u021bi, Henriette a avut de-a face cu propriile provoc\u0103ri la clas\u0103: absenteismul \u0219i riscul de abandon \u0219colar. \u00cen opinia ei, fenomenul absenteismului se amplific\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 o distan\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre profesori \u0219i elevi. Atunci c\u00e2nd copiii nu sunt asculta\u021bi, nu sunt auzi\u021bi, c\u00e2nd nu sunt \u00een\u021belese corect nevoile lor.<\/p><p>\u201eElevii simt nevoia s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103ri, de\u0219i de multe ori le este team\u0103 s\u0103 nu gre\u0219easc\u0103, s\u0103 nu supere profesorul.
