Noi, \u00een Teach for Romania, folosim cei patru pa\u0219i esen\u021biali din teoria \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii: Sensing, Integrating, Acting \u0219i Embedding.<\/p><p>Studiile din neuro\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 ne arat\u0103 c\u00e2t de palpabil\u0103 este \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea \u0219i ce zone ale creierului se activeaz\u0103 \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i ne demonstreaz\u0103 cum toate fazele din procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare sunt influen\u021bate de emo\u021bii.<\/p><p>\u00cen ultimii ani, pentru prima dat\u0103 \u00een teoria \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, emo\u021biile devin un predictor al \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, practic creierul emo\u021bional sau limbic are capacitatea de a \u00eent\u0103ri sau stopa procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.<\/p><p>Discu\u021bia despre motiva\u021bia pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare se concretizeaz\u0103 din punct de vedere neuropsihologic \u00een modul \u00een care preg\u0103tim sistemul emo\u021bional al copilului, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea s\u0103 fie relevant\u0103, s\u0103 trezim curiozitatea, interesul, dorin\u021ba elevului de a \u0219ti, a fi, a face.<\/p><p>\u00cen practica de la clas\u0103, profesorii sus\u021binu\u021bi de Teach for Romania implementeaz\u0103 aceste patru etape importante \u00een fiecare lec\u021bie predat\u0103.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Sensing <\/strong>\u2013 profesorul propune o experien\u021b\u0103 concret\u0103 prin care s\u0103 conecteze elevii emo\u021bional, senzorial sau cognitiv\u00a0 de obiectivul sau tema lec\u021biei. Fie c\u0103 \u00eencepem lec\u021bia plec\u00e2nd de la un experiment, element din realitatea lor, de la o poveste sau de la o situa\u021bie ipotetic\u0103, momentul de sensing (conexiune) are rolul de a trezi curiozitatea, interesul \u0219i implicarea elevilor \u0219i de a propune o experien\u021b\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare relevant\u0103 pentru elev.<\/li><\/ol><p>De exemplu, atunci c\u00e2nd pred\u0103m un con\u021binut legat de status democratic \u0219i totalitar, \u00eei putem pune pe elevi \u00eentr-o activitate colaborativ\u0103 de tip\u00a0 joc de rol prin care s\u0103 g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 structura celor dou\u0103 forme de guvernare \u0219i ulterior, pe baza jocului de rol, vom preda noul con\u021binut.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Integrating<\/strong> \u2013 profesorul explic\u0103 obiectivele lec\u021biei \u0219i structureaz\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu elevii noul con\u021binut, pe baza c\u0103ruia provoac\u0103 elevii s\u0103 reflecteze \u0219i s\u0103 caute conexiuni cu ceea ce \u0219tiu deja. Informa\u021biile sunt structurate \u00eentr-o imagine de ansamblu, \u00een care elevii sunt ajuta\u021bi s\u0103 integreze ceea ce \u00eenva\u021b\u0103.<\/li><li><strong>Acting<\/strong> \u2013 profesorul creeaz\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i sarcini de lucru prin care elevul interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu noul con\u021binut \u0219i pe baza c\u0103rora \u00ee\u0219i dezvolt\u0103 abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i atitudinile.<\/li><li><strong>Embedding<\/strong> \u2013 este procesul prin care profesorul planific\u0103 contexte de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare prin care elevul s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i poat\u0103 exersa abilit\u0103\u021bile, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i atitudinile \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate la clas\u0103, \u00een realitatea sa din afara \u0219colii.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00cen tot acest proces de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare este important ca elevii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i poat\u0103 vizualiza \u0219i monitoriza progresul pentru a \u00een\u021belege c\u0103 fiecare competen\u021b\u0103 dezvoltat\u0103 \u00eei sus\u021bine \u00een procesul lor de a deveni adul\u021bi independen\u021bi, responsabili \u0219i autonomi.<\/p><p>\u00cen clas\u0103 nu este vorba doar despre \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea cognitiv\u0103, iar profesorii trebuie s\u0103 \u00eei ajute pe copii s\u0103 descopere bucuria de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba, de a-i motiva s\u0103 vin\u0103 la \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i de a-i convinge c\u0103 educa\u021bia este pa\u0219aportul lor c\u0103tre viitor.<\/p><p>E nevoie ca fiecare copil s\u0103 simt\u0103 c\u0103 \u0219coala este \u0219i pentru el.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Motiva\u021bia pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare devine una dintre cele mai mari provoc\u0103ri ale profesorilor \u00een sala de clas\u0103 \u0219i o nevoie presant\u0103 pentru fiecare cancelarie, fiecare comunitate de profesori de a lucra \u00eempreun\u0103 \u0219i de a-\u0219i r\u0103spunde la \u00eentrebarea: Cum facem \u0219coala relevant\u0103 pentru elevi?
