re\u00eencerce p\u00e2n\u0103 reu\u0219esc.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>Cu\u00a0oamenii potrivi\u021bi la catedr\u0103, cu\u00a0preg\u0103tirea potrivit\u0103 \u0219i cu sus\u021binere adecvat\u0103,\u00a0elevii din cele mai vulnerabile \u0219coli pot primi\u00a0o educa\u021bie de calitate,\u00a0relevant\u0103.<\/p><p>Bucure\u0219ti, 31 mai 2021 \u2013 \u00cen semestrul al doilea, c\u00e2nd\u00a0cei mai mul\u021bi dintre elevi s-au re\u00eentors fizic la \u0219coal\u0103, profesorii din programul\u00a0Teach\u00a0for Romania au\u00a0\u00eentrebat copiii,\u00a0de altfel beneficiarii reali ai actului educa\u021bional, despre c\u00e2t de mult le place s\u0103 vin\u0103 la \u0219coal\u0103, c\u00e2t de clare sunt explica\u021biile profesorilor, c\u00e2t de mult le sunt valorificate ideile \u0219i c\u00e2t de mult sunt \u00eencuraja\u021bi s\u0103 explice ceea ce g\u00e2ndesc \u0219i r\u0103spund.\u00a0Teach\u00a0for Romania propune o abordare\u00a0integrat\u0103\u00a0de evaluare\u00a0a calit\u0103\u021bii educa\u021biei oferite \u00een \u0219colile publice\u00a0\u0219i creeaz\u0103\u00a0un spa\u021biu sigur \u00een care s\u0103 se aud\u0103 \u0219i vocea elevilor,\u00a0unde\u00a0s\u0103 simt\u0103 c\u0103\u00a0p\u0103rerea lor conteaz\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat.\u00a0Mai mult, profesorii folosesc rezultatele acestui chestionar pentru a regla procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103\u00a0r\u0103spund\u0103 mai bine nevoilor reale de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare ale elevilor.\u00a0Feedbackul elevilor a fost colectat prin intermediul unui chestionar\u00a0administrat independent,\u00a0folosit \u00een multe alte organiza\u021bii din re\u021beaua global\u0103\u00a0Teach\u00a0for\u00a0All.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00cenc\u0103 din primul an de program am colectat feedbackul elevilor despre rela\u021bia cu profesorul \u0219i mediul pe care ace\u0219tia \u00eel creeaz\u0103 la clas\u0103.\u00a0An de an,\u00a0am v\u0103zut un mai mare num\u0103r de r\u0103spunsuri favorabile,\u00a0ce reflect\u0103\u00a0eforturile continue\u00a0ale organiza\u021biei\u00a0de a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi formarea \u0219i sus\u021binerea profesorilor \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103torilor care aleg s\u0103 predea \u00een \u0219coli vulnerabile, majoritar din mediul rural, sau de la periferia\u00a0centrelor urbane.\u00a0\u00cen ciuda contextului complicat \u00een care s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat\u00a0acest an \u0219colar, rezultatele\u00a0au continuat s\u0103 fie foarte ridicate. Profesorii bine preg\u0103ti\u021bi,\u00a0motiva\u021bi, cu abilitatea de a jongla\u00a0\u00eentre mediul fizic \u0219i online,\u00a0care pot s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 solu\u021bii \u00een\u00a0beneficiul elevilor, chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 diverse provoc\u0103ri materiale,\u00a0au rezultate pozitive, chiar \u0219i \u00een medii dezavantajate.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La \u00eenceputul semestrului al doilea din anul \u0219colar curent, am \u00eentrebat copiii cum se simt la \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i care este rela\u021bia cu profesorii \u0219i mediul\u00a0de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare creat de ace\u0219tia.\u00a0Chestionarele aplicate au urm\u0103rit\u00a0\u0219apte\u00a0piloni care\u00a0constituie\u00a0baza\u00a0\u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, f\u0103r\u0103 de care elevul nu poate \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba durabil: 1. crearea unor rela\u021bii de\u00a0\u00eencurajare \u0219i sus\u021binere cu elevii; 2. stabilirea unui mediu bazat pe interactivitate; 3. valorizarea contribu\u021biei \u0219i ideilor elevilor; 4. men\u021binerea unor a\u0219tept\u0103ri riguroase; 5. crearea unui mediu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i a unei culturi pozitive; 6. verificarea \u0219i asigurarea \u00een\u021belegeri<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">i \u0219i 7.\u00a0internalizarea\u00a0\u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii.\u00a0Au fost \u00een\u00a0total\u00a01025\u00a0de elevi care au r\u0103spuns \u00eentreb\u0103rilor, iar evaluarea\u00a0a urm\u0103rit un num\u0103r\u00a0total\u00a0de\u00a093 de itemi\u00a0\u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi \u00een 3\u00a0chestionare. Scopul evalu\u0103rii este unul\u00a0formativ,\u00a0respectiv\u00a0de a vedea cum se simt elevii din clasele profesorilor din\u00a0Teach\u00a0for Romania dup\u0103 primul semestru,\u00a0dar\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0pen<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tru a ajuta cadrele didactice s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i regleze interven\u021bia pentru restul anului.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12146\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/Student-survey-TFR.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1220\" height=\"548\" \/><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00cen mediile vulnerabile, acolo unde sunt profesorii din programul\u00a0Teach\u00a0for Romania, 85% dintre copii spun c\u0103 se simt \u0219i mai \u00eencuraja\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be \u0219i s\u0103 fac\u0103 totul c\u00e2t pot ei de bine, 88% dintre ei sunt\u00a0confortabili s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103ri la ore \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i spun\u0103\u00a0p\u0103rerea\u00a0cu privire la activit\u0103\u021bile de la ore, 82% dintre copii consider\u0103 c\u0103 temele pentru acas\u0103 sunt interesante \u0219i \u00eei ajut\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be \u0219i c\u0103 profesorul lor face orele s\u0103 fie interesante, 86% dintre elevi spun c\u0103 profesorul face un rezumat al lucrurilor pe care le-au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat la \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 primesc explica\u021bii la rezolvarea temelor sau a lucr\u0103rilor, 78%\u00a0dintre ei\u00a0simt c\u0103 \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 lucruri noi \u00een fiecare zi, \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i corecteze lucr\u0103rile, sunt \u00eencuraja\u021bi s\u0103 continue atunci c\u00e2nd un exerci\u021biu devine dificil \u0219i c\u0103 profesorul lor nu se sup\u0103r\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd nu\u00a0reu\u0219esc.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Nu\u00a0doar noi credem c\u0103 stabilirea unei culturi a reu\u0219itei este o condi\u021bie esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. \u00centr-un studiu din 2008 care a cuprins 1400 meta-analize, implic\u00e2nd 300 de milioane de elevi, John\u00a0Hattie\u00a0a f\u0103cut popular conceptul de<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0\u00eenv\u0103\u021bare vizibil\u0103<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">, analiz\u00e2nd m\u0103rimea efectului a multiple aspecte care influen\u021beaz\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea \u0219i rezultatele \u0219colare. Discu\u021biile \u00een clas\u0103,\u00a0sumarizarea, feedbackul c\u0103tre elevi, \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea cooperativ\u0103, rela\u021bia dintre elevi \u0219i profesori, a\u0219tept\u0103rile profesorilor de la elevi, toate acestea au o influen\u021b\u0103 important\u0103 asupra \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, \u0219i toate aceste aspecte sunt evaluate pozitiv de majoritatea elevilor cu care lucreaz\u0103 profesorii\u00a0Teach.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Al\u0103turi de profesori bine preg\u0103ti\u021bi,\u00a0elevii\u00a0pot\u00a0avea motiva\u021bia \u0219i mediul potrivit pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba \u0219i pentru a deveni cine vor\u00a0\u00a0\u00een via\u021b\u0103. \u00centr-o perioad\u0103 \u00een care accesul la \u0219coal\u0103 a fost afectat de pandemie, lipsa echipamentelor tehnice sau func\u021bionarea greoaie a acestora, lipsa semnalului GSM \u0219i multe provoc\u0103ri emo\u021bionale,\u00a0organiza\u021bia\u00a0Teach\u00a0for Romania \u0219i profesorii\u00a0sus\u021binu\u021bi de aceasta\u00a0au fost al\u0103turi de copiii din mediile vulnerabile, le-au oferit sprijin emo\u021bional, acces la tehnologie, asigurarea nevoilor de baz\u0103, dar mai mult de at\u00e2t, i-au \u00eencurajat \u0219i le-au dat \u00eencredere s\u0103 nu renun\u021be la \u0219coal\u0103.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Descriere\u00a0Teach\u00a0for Romania:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Teach\u00a0for Romania\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">este o organiza\u021bie non-guvernamental\u0103, care de 7 ani recruteaz\u0103 \u0219i preg\u0103te\u0219te oameni valoro\u0219i s\u0103 devin\u0103 profesori \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tori \u00een \u0219colile publice din Rom\u00e2nia, pornind de la cele mai dificile comunit\u0103\u021bi. La\u00a0Teach\u00a0for Romania, noi credem c\u0103 fiecare copil din Rom\u00e2nia are dreptul \u0219i poate s\u0103 aib\u0103 parte de o educa\u021bie de calitate. Fiecare copil are dreptul s\u0103-\u0219i descopere poten\u021bialul \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 visul.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00cen anul \u0219colar 2020-2021, 93 de cadre didactice, participan\u021bi \u00een programul nostru, predau \u00een 83 de \u0219coli, din 20 de jude\u021be.
