Cristina Constantin, tutore Teach for Romania ne spune c\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea socio-emo\u021bional\u0103 reprezint\u0103 acele abilit\u0103\u021bi de via\u021b\u0103 pe care ar trebui s\u0103 le aib\u0103 to\u021bi copii. \u00cen Teach for Romania ne folosim de capacitatea de auto-reglare (abilitatea de concentrare a aten\u021biei, gestionarea emo\u021biilor si controlul comportamental), con\u0219tientizare social\u0103 (abilitatea de a empatiza cu al\u021bii din diverse medii \u0219i culturi, de a \u00een\u021belege normele sociale \u0219i etice de comportament si de a recunoa\u0219te resursele familiei, comunit\u0103\u021bii, scolii), auto-eficacitate (aprecierea subiectiv\u0103 a capacit\u0103\u021bii proprii de a organiza sau execut\u0103 anumite ac\u021biuni menite a duce la atingerea obiectivelor propuse) \u0219i determinarea (o tr\u0103s\u0103tur\u0103 pozitiv\u0103, non-cognitiv\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe perseveren\u021ba efortului unui individ, combinat\u0103 cu pasiunea pentru un anumit obiectiv).<\/p><p><strong>Cum punem \u00een practic\u0103?<\/strong><\/p><p>Capacitatea de auto-reglare, auto-eficacitatea, abilit\u0103\u021bile sociale \u0219i determinarea sunt cele 4 concepte care stau la baza \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii socio-emo\u021bionale. Am vrut s\u0103 vedem cum se pun \u00een practic\u0103 \u0219i cum se \u00a0\u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 aceste lucruri \u00eentr-o clasa de a I-a din jude\u021bul Ilfov, a\u0219a c\u0103 am vizitat-o pe M\u0103d\u0103lina. Abilit\u0103\u021bile socio-emo\u021bionale \u0219i-au f\u0103cut loc \u00een activitatea zilnic \u0219i, mai multe dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, clasa \u0219i-a construit rutine care le practic\u0103. Aici, la finalul fiec\u0103rei zile, copiii se str\u00e2ng \u00een cerc \u0219i dezbat ziua care tocmai a trecut. De exemplu, \u00een fiecare zi, elevii pun bile din h\u00e2rtie colorat\u0103 \u00eentr-un borcan, corespondente ale st\u0103rii de spirit pe care o au. Vinerea e ziua \u00een care analizeaz\u0103 cum s-a sim\u021bit clasa \u00een timpul s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii.<\/p><p><strong>Efecte pe termen scurt \u0219i lung<\/strong><\/p><p>Pe termen lung, ne dorim ca elevii de ast\u0103zi s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte competen\u021be necesare pentru secolul 21. Teach for Romania evalueaz\u0103 continuu competen\u021bele din aceast\u0103 zon\u0103 pe care elevii reu\u0219esc s\u0103 \u0219i le \u00eensu\u0219easc\u0103 \u00een fiecare an. Pe termen scurt, vedem copii care \u00ee\u0219i pun obiective de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, care \u0219tiu s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i gestioneze emo\u021biile \u0219i care lucreaz\u0103 mai bine \u00een colectiv. Chiar \u0219i acas\u0103, p\u0103rin\u021bii observ\u0103 schimb\u0103ri. Cei mici sunt mult mai calmi, \u00ee\u0219i justific\u0103 orice decizie \u0219i spun ce le place \u0219i ce nu.<\/p><p>\u00cen prezent, modelul este folosit \u0219i perfec\u021bionat an de an de c\u0103tre profesorii \u0219i speciali\u0219tii Teach for Romania.
