Credin\u021ba \u00een educa\u021bia echitabil\u0103 \u0219i dorin\u021ba de a crea oportunit\u0103\u021bi reale pentru to\u021bi copiii sunt motorul care o inspir\u0103 zilnic \u00een clas\u0103 \u0219i \u00een afara ei.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen interviul urm\u0103tor, ne poveste\u0219te despre clasa ei \u2013 \u201eClasa Inimo\u0219ilor\u201d, c\u00e2t \u0219i despre motiva\u021bia care a adus-o \u00een program, rela\u021bia cu elevii, micile \u0219i marile victorii din clas\u0103 \u0219i ce tehnici folose\u0219te pentru dezvoltarea litera\u021biei \u0219i a numera\u021biei \u00een sala de clas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce te-a determinat s\u0103 te al\u0103turi programului Teach for Romania?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am ales s\u0103 m\u0103 al\u0103tur programului Teach for Romania, deoarece cred cu t\u0103rie \u00een puterea educa\u021biei de a schimba destine \u0219i de a crea oportunit\u0103\u021bi reale pentru copiii din medii vulnerabile. Vreau s\u0103 fiu parte dintr-o mi\u0219care care nu doar pred\u0103 ci \u0219i inspir\u0103, sprijinind elevii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i descopere poten\u021bialul \u0219i s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u0219anse egale la un viitor mai bun.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cenainte de a m\u0103 al\u0103tura programului, am avut experien\u021be care m-au preg\u0103tit pentru acest pas: cei peste 25 de ani de experien\u021b\u0103 la catedr\u0103, lucr\u00e2nd cu copii din diverse medii care m-au ajutat s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg provoc\u0103rile cu care se confrunt\u0103 \u0219i provoc\u00e2ndu-m\u0103 s\u0103 caut solu\u021bii personalizate, voluntariatul de la Club Rotary district Bor\u0219a \u0219i de la Biserica Romano-Catolic\u0103 din comunitatea mea (eu fiind ortodox\u0103), organizarea de excursii, tabere \u0219colare. Cred c\u0103 educa\u021bia eficient\u0103 \u00eencepe cu o conexiune autentic\u0103, iar pentru mine este esen\u021bial s\u0103 construiesc un mediu sigur \u0219i motivant \u00een care fiecare copil s\u0103 se simt\u0103 v\u0103zut, auzit \u0219i valorizat. \u00cencerc s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg provoc\u0103rile fiec\u0103rui copil \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eei ofer sprijin personalizat. \u00cei implic activ \u00een procesul educa\u021bional, \u00eei \u00eencurajez s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103ri \u0219i s\u0103 g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 critic. Vreau ca fiecare elev s\u0103 cread\u0103 \u00een propriul poten\u021bial \u0219i s\u0103 nu se team\u0103 de e\u0219ec. Creez un mediu \u00een care respectul \u0219i comunicarea deschis\u0103 sunt prioritare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cencerc s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg provoc\u0103rile locale \u0219i s\u0103 g\u0103sesc solu\u021bii al\u0103turi de p\u0103rin\u021bi \u0219i liderii comunit\u0103\u021bii. \u00cemi place s\u0103-i implic pe p\u0103rin\u021bi \u00een educa\u021bia copiilor lor, organiz\u00e2nd \u00eent\u00e2lniri, ateliere sau activit\u0103\u021bi comune. M\u0103 implic \u00een ini\u021biativele din comunitate care sprijin\u0103 nu doar elevii, ci \u0219i familiile acestora, contribuind la o schimbare pozitiv\u0103 pe termen lung. Lucrul direct cu elevii \u0219i comunitatea m\u0103 ajut\u0103 s\u0103 cresc nu doar ca profesor, ci \u0219i ca om. \u00cenv\u0103\u021b zilnic de la copii despre rezilien\u021b\u0103, curaj \u0219i curiozitate, iar din interac\u021biunea cu p\u0103rin\u021bii \u0219i comunitatea \u00een\u021beleg mai bine cum educa\u021bia poate deveni un catalizator al schimb\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unde sim\u021bi c\u0103 au fost micile sau marile victorii din clas\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Victoriile din clas\u0103, fie ele mici sau mari, sunt cele care \u00eemi dau motiva\u021bia s\u0103 continui \u0219i s\u0103 cred \u00een impactul educa\u021biei. Uneori, o simpl\u0103 privire plin\u0103 de \u00een\u021belegere sau un \u201eAha!\u201d spus cu entuziasm\u00a0 valoreaz\u0103 c\u00e2t o mare realizare.<\/p>\n<p>Micile victorii vin cu un elev care ridic\u0103 m\u00e2na pentru prima dat\u0103 dup\u0103 ce s-a temut s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba clasei, o tem\u0103 f\u0103cut\u0103 din proprie ini\u021biativ\u0103 de un copil care \u00eenainte refuza s\u0103 scrie, un elev care \u00eei explic\u0103 altuia un concept pe care l-a \u00een\u021beles \u2013 \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea colaborativ\u0103 e o victorie imens\u0103, o discu\u021bie sincer\u0103 despre gre\u0219eli \u2013 c\u00e2nd copiii \u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 e bine s\u0103 gre\u0219e\u0219ti \u0219i c\u0103 procesul e mai important dec\u00e2t perfec\u021biunea. Un z\u00e2mbet sincer de la un elev care \u00eenainte p\u0103rea deta\u0219at sau demotivat.<\/p>\n<p>Marile victorii apar c\u00e2nd un elev care la \u00eenceput nu putea citi sau \u00een\u021belege un text acum cite\u0219te cu \u00eencredere, un copil care \u00ee\u0219i schimb\u0103 atitudinea fa\u021b\u0103 de \u0219coal\u0103, de la \u201eNu pot\u201d la \u201eVreau s\u0103 \u00eencerc!\u201d, c\u00e2nd elevii vin cu drag la ore \u0219i se simt respecta\u021bi, un proiect de clas\u0103 este dus la bun sf\u00e2r\u0219it, fie c\u0103 e vorba de o pies\u0103 de teatru, un afi\u0219 colectiv sau o activitate de voluntariat, o schimbare de mentalitate la p\u0103rin\u021bi, care \u00eencep s\u0103 vad\u0103 educa\u021bia ca pe o oportunitate real\u0103 pentru copiii lor. Fiecare zi vine cu provoc\u0103ri dar \u0219i cu momente care \u00eemi confirm\u0103 c\u0103 merit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20889\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/318A2323.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/318A2323.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/318A2323-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/318A2323-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum dezvol\u021bi litera\u021bia \u0219i numera\u021bia la clasa preg\u0103titoare?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dezvoltarea litera\u021biei \u0219i numera\u021biei la elevi este un proces complex, dar \u0219i foarte satisf\u0103c\u0103tor. \u00cencerc mereu s\u0103 fac \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea interactiv\u0103, practic\u0103 \u0219i relevant\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t copiii s\u0103 vad\u0103 utilitatea acestor abilit\u0103\u021bi \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi. Litera\u021bia nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 doar citit \u0219i scris, ci \u0219i \u00een\u021belegerea, interpretarea \u0219i utilizarea informa\u021biei. Pentru a-i ajuta pe copii s\u0103 devin\u0103 cititori \u0219i comunicatori mai buni folosesc:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>lectura interactiv\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 citim \u00eempreun\u0103 pove\u0219ti, dar le transform\u0103m \u00een discu\u021bii, jocuri de rol sau ilustra\u021bii. \u00cei \u00eencurajez s\u0103 fac\u0103 predic\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i exprime opiniile despre text.<\/li>\n<li><strong>scriere creativ\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 elevii creeaz\u0103 pove\u0219ti proprii, benzi desenate sau jurnale. Am observat c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd scriu despre ceea ce le place, sunt mai implica\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>jocuri de vocabular<\/strong> \u2013 Folosesc rebusuri, \u201eSp\u00e2nzur\u0103toarea\u201d, Bingo cu cuvinte \u0219i alte activit\u0103\u021bi care \u00eei ajut\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i \u00eembog\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 limbajul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>teatru \u0219i dramatizarea<\/strong> \u2013 Punem \u00een scen\u0103 pove\u0219ti sau invent\u0103m dialoguri, ceea ce ajut\u0103 la dezvoltarea fluen\u021bei \u0219i expresivit\u0103\u021bii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>tehnologie \u0219i aplica\u021bii educa\u021bionale<\/strong> \u2013 Uneori folosesc platforme ca StoryJumper (pentru a crea c\u0103r\u021bi digitale) sau Kahoot pentru verificarea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor prin joc. C\u00e2nd v\u0103d c\u0103 cititul \u0219i scrisul nu sunt doar \u201eteme\u201d, ci devin activit\u0103\u021bi pl\u0103cute, se implic\u0103 mai mult \u0219i devin mai \u00eencrez\u0103tori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te matematica, aceasta devine mai u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i mai atractiv\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd o conect\u0103m cu realitatea \u0219i o transform\u0103m \u00een joac\u0103. Folosind matematica aplicat\u0103 (folosim bani de juc\u0103rie pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba adunarea \u0219i sc\u0103derea, m\u0103sur\u0103m obiecte din clas\u0103, rezolv\u0103m probleme inspirate din via\u021ba real\u0103), jocuri \u0219i competi\u021bii (jocuri de tip \u201eEscape Room\u201d, Sudoku, \u201eMatematic\u0103 \u00een perechi\u201d) \u2013 elevii lucreaz\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 pentru a g\u0103si solu\u021bii, probleme logice, puzzle-uri matematice, exerci\u021bii de tip \u201eCe num\u0103r lipse\u0219te?\u201d; sau matematica prin mi\u0219care (s\u0103rim pe numere, facem trasee de calcule sau juc\u0103m Twister matematic); sau tehnologia (folosesc aplica\u021bii ca GeoGebra, Khan Academy Kids sau Prodigy Math pentru exerci\u021bii interactive). Am abordat aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie cu r\u0103bdare, metode individualizate \u0219i mult\u0103 \u00eencurajare. Pentru dificult\u0103\u021bile de scris-citit am observat unde se blocheaz\u0103 \u2013 sunete, silabisire, \u00een\u021belegerea textului \u0219i am intervenit prin activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i strategii (Jocuri de recunoa\u0219tere a literelor \u0219i sunetelor \u2013 \u201eGhice\u0219te litera\u201d, \u201eCuvinte ascunse\u201d, Citire \u00eempreun\u0103 \u2013 Eu citesc prima propozi\u021bie, apoi elevul o repet\u0103, Scriere ghidat\u0103 \u2013 Am folosit dict\u0103ri scurte \u0219i scriere de propozi\u021bii model, Pove\u0219ti audio \u0219i c\u0103r\u021bi ilustrate \u2013 Pentru a-i familiariza cu lectura f\u0103r\u0103 presiune),\u00a0 am folosit texte mai scurte \u0219i mai simple, cu imagini care s\u0103 ajute \u00een\u021belegerea, am introdus exerci\u021bii multisenzoriale (scriere cu degetul \u00een nisip, formarea cuvintelor cu litere decupate). \u00cen timp, copiii au devenit mai \u00eencrez\u0103tori \u0219i au \u00eenceput s\u0103 citeasc\u0103 singuri, chiar dac\u0103 \u00eentr-un ritm mai lent.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een numera\u021bie am identificat blocajele (num\u0103rare, opera\u021bii de baz\u0103, probleme de logic\u0103), am folosit materiale vizuale \u0219i manipulabile (cuburi, jetoane, be\u021bi\u0219oare colorate), am transformat exerci\u021biile \u00een jocuri \u0219i situa\u021bii reale (ex. cump\u0103r\u0103turi, m\u0103sur\u0103tori), am num\u0103rat prin joc folosind zaruri, s\u0103rind \u0219i c\u00e2nt\u00e2nd, rezolv\u00e2nd exerci\u021bii practice, asocieri de numere cu reprezentare vizual\u0103, am f\u0103cut matematic\u0103 prin mi\u0219care. Fiecare copil poate \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba, dar \u00een ritmul lui, c\u00e2nd metodele sunt adaptate \u0219i copilul se simte sprijinit apare progresul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce progrese ai observat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Progresul copiilor nu vine peste noapte, dar c\u00e2nd m\u0103 uit \u00eenapoi \u0219i compar \u00eenceputul anului \u0219colar cu unde sunt acum, v\u0103d schimb\u0103ri care m\u0103 motiveaz\u0103 enorm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De la recunoa\u0219terea literelor la primele cuvinte.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stefano la \u00eenceputul anului, nu recuno\u0219tea toate literele \u0219i se \u00eencurca la pronun\u021bie. Spunea c\u0103 \u201eliterele sunt grele\u201d \u0219i evita s\u0103 participe la activit\u0103\u021bile de citire. Prin jocuri de asociere a literelor cu imagini (\u201eL de la l\u0103m\u00e2ie\u201d),\u00a0 modelare tactil\u0103 a literelor (scriere \u00een nisip, plastilin\u0103), exerci\u021bii de silabisire prin mi\u0219care (s\u0103rim la fiecare silab\u0103), citire ghidat\u0103 de cuvinte scurte (\u201emam\u0103\u201d, \u201etata\u201d) cu sprijin vizual, am ajuns la a recunoa\u0219te toate literele \u0219i \u00eencepe s\u0103 lege sunetele \u00een cuvinte simple. \u00ce\u0219i d\u0103 singur seama c\u00e2nd gre\u0219e\u0219te \u0219i \u00eencerc\u0103 din nou, ceea ce \u00eenainte nu f\u0103cea!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-20895\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_0992-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_0992-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_0992-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_0992-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_0992-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_0992-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>De la num\u0103rat pe degete la recunoa\u0219terea cantit\u0103\u021bilor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nicol, la \u00eenceput, num\u0103ra doar p\u00e2n\u0103 la 5 \u0219i ap\u0103rea confunzia la cifrele mai mari, nu \u00een\u021belegea bine no\u021biunea de \u201emai mult\u201d \u0219i \u201emai pu\u021bin.\u201d Am folosit obiecte concrete (pioni, cuburi, nasturi, pietre, boabe de fasole, semin\u021be) pentru a num\u0103ra, ne-am jucat jocuri de comparare a cantit\u0103\u021bilor cu jetoane colorate, am num\u0103rat prin c\u00e2ntece \u0219i mi\u0219care (b\u0103tut din palme, s\u0103rituri), am rezolvat puzzle-uri cu cifre \u0219i puncte pentru recunoa\u0219terea vizual\u0103. Acum poate num\u0103ra p\u00e2n\u0103 la 20 \u0219i face asocieri rapide \u00eentre cifre \u0219i cantit\u0103\u021bi. C\u00e2nd vede dou\u0103 grupe de obiecte, poate spune care are mai multe f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 le numere unul c\u00e2te unul.
