Lucrul acesta m-a ajutat sa \u00eemi doresc s\u0103 revin \u00een localitate \u0219i s\u0103 cunosc mai bine comunitatea \u00een care tr\u0103iesc \u0219i comunitatea profesorilor ce lucreaz\u0103 aici.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Victoriile din clas\u0103: bucurie, autenticitate, progres<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Micile sau marile victorii de la clas\u0103 sunt \u0219i au fost \u00een momentele c\u00e2nd am l\u0103sat orice piedic\u0103 de tipare s\u0103 ne influen\u021beze rela\u021bia de profesor elev \u0219i c\u00e2nd am ajuns s\u0103-i cunosc \u0219i ei s\u0103 m\u0103 cunoasc\u0103, cu defecte, bucurii sau zile triste, cu vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bi sau victorii de care ne bucur\u0103m \u00eempreun\u0103. Progresul const\u0103 \u00een disciplina cu care persever\u0103m \u00een elementele de baz\u0103 nepun\u00e2nd limite copiilor \u0219i \u00een mediile vulnerabile pe exersarea \u00een orice context a elementelor de litera\u021bie. Avem copii care nu au sprijin acas\u0103 la elemente \u0219colare \u0219i atunci depunem efort \u00een gr\u0103dini\u021b\u0103 pentru ajutorul lor, sunt la v\u00e2rsta c\u00e2nd o parte din ei au greut\u0103\u021bi \u00een pronun\u021bie, \u021binerea creionului \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103 sau recunoa\u0219terea cifrelor \u0219i scrierea lor. Cu ace\u0219tia, \u0219i nu numai, lucr\u0103m prin joc \u0219i elemente repetitive, inclusiv cer\u00e2nd ajutor \u0219i sfaturi speciali\u0219tilor din institu\u021bie spre a exersa pe elemente corespunz\u0103toare, sau lu\u00e2nd elemente din \u00eent\u00e2lnirile online organizate de Teach for Rom\u00e2nia cu exemple concrete din care exers\u0103m \u0219i prob\u0103m ceea ce poate duce la rezultate calitative \u00een dreptul fiec\u0103rui copil. Practic acest proiect ajut\u0103 indirect copiii, dar plec de la premisa c\u0103 preg\u0103tirea profesorilor spre calitate influen\u021beaz\u0103 calitatea pred\u0103rii \u0219i gestion\u0103rii situa\u021biilor din comunitate, adic\u0103 elevii \u0219i comunitatea vor fi beneficiari indirec\u021bi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am pornit de la nevoia de mentorare a colegilor debutan\u021bi, o parte exprim\u00e2ndu-\u0219i aceast\u0103 nevoie, dar \u0219i pe baza \u00eent\u00e2lnirii cu comunitatea ce a avut loc cu Teach for Rom\u00e2nia, \u00eent\u00e2lnire ce a scos la iveal\u0103 aceast\u0103 nevoie.
