Pentru mul\u021bi dintre ei, drumul c\u0103tre educa\u021bie a \u00eenceput cu gesturi mici, dar esen\u021biale: o pereche de ghete primit\u0103 la timp, un sandwich cald, un col\u021b de clas\u0103 unde se simt \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i dup\u0103 vizite repetate \u00een comunitate, acas\u0103 la ei. Aceste detalii aparent m\u0103runte sunt pietrele de temelie ale unui viitor mai bun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen mijlocul acestei comunit\u0103\u021bi se afl\u0103 Anca Sabou, o \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103toare dedicat\u0103 care a renun\u021bat la rolul de expert evaluator imobiliar \u0219i a ales cel mai frumos job din Rom\u00e2nia, acela de a fi profesor \u00eentr-o comunitate vulnerabil\u0103. Anca \u0219i-a schimbat radical via\u021ba pentru a aduce lumin\u0103 acolo unde este cea mai mare nevoie. \u201eEduca\u021bia nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 doar lec\u021bii, ci \u0219i a oferi copiilor \u0219ansa de a avea condi\u021biile necesare pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba \u0219i a se dezvolta,\u201d spune ea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anca poveste\u0219te despre \u00eenceputurile sale, despre provoc\u0103rile \u00eent\u00e2lnite \u0219i despre bucuriile care vin odat\u0103 cu progresul copiilor. \u201eCea mai mare realizare este s\u0103 vezi cum copiii \u00ee\u0219i dep\u0103\u0219esc limitele. Consider c\u0103 fiecare copil are poten\u021bialul de a reu\u0219i, iar rolul meu este s\u0103 \u00eei \u00eendrum, s\u0103 le dezvolt curiozitatea \u0219i s\u0103 le ofer \u00eencrederea de care au nevoie pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Care este experien\u021ba ta anterioar\u0103 \u0219i de ce ai ales s\u0103 te al\u0103turi programului Teach for Romania?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cenainte de a deveni profesor, am lucrat ca expert evaluator imobiliar, fiind membru ANEVAR (Asocia\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 a Evaluatorilor Autoriza\u021bi din Rom\u00e2nia). Cu toate acestea, \u00eenc\u0103 din tinere\u021be am fost atras\u0103 de lucrul cu copiii, motiv pentru care am \u00eenceput s\u0103 fac voluntariat \u00eentr-o comunitate de romi, \u00eentr-un program after-school. Mai t\u00e2rziu, am lucrat \u0219i cu copiii dintr-un centru de plasament, oferindu-le medita\u021bii \u0219i preg\u0103tindu-i pentru Evaluarea Na\u021bional\u0103 sau Bacalaureat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen timp, am realizat c\u0103 activitatea mea de voluntariat \u00eemi aducea mai mult\u0103 satisfac\u021bie dec\u00e2t jobul meu de atunci. Educa\u021bia copiilor a devenit o preocupare constant\u0103, iar g\u00e2ndul de a le oferi sprijin \u0219i \u0219anse mai bune m-a determinat s\u0103 fac o schimbare radical\u0103. Am decis s\u0103 urmez Facultatea de \u0218tiin\u021be ale Educa\u021biei, PIPP, \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219ez cu tot sufletul cariera didactic\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M-am al\u0103turat programului Teach for Romania, deoarece misiunea organiza\u021biei rezoneaz\u0103 profund cu valorile mele. \u00cemi doresc s\u0103 contribui la o educa\u021bie echitabil\u0103, s\u0103 le ofer copiilor din medii vulnerabile oportunit\u0103\u021bi reale de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i dezvoltare. Cred \u00een puterea educa\u021biei de a transforma vie\u021bi, iar Teach for Romania mi-a oferit cadrul potrivit pentru a face aceast\u0103 schimbare cu impact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Care este rela\u021bia ta cu elevii, cum e la tine \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i \u00een comunitate?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rela\u021bia mea cu elevii \u0219i comunitatea este una construit\u0103 pe \u00eencredere, empatie \u0219i sprijin constant. De c\u00e2nd am ajuns aici, m-am confruntat cu o problem\u0103 major\u0103: absenteismul. Prima mea preocupare a fost s\u0103-i aduc pe copii la \u0219coal\u0103, dar pentru asta, am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 trebuie mai \u00eent\u00e2i s\u0103 le ofer un mediu sigur \u0219i primitor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen septembrie, am amenajat clasa astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie un loc \u00een care copiii s\u0103 se simt\u0103 bine \u2013 un col\u021b de relaxare cu jocuri \u0219i juc\u0103rii, str\u00e2nse din dona\u021biile prietenilor mei. Apoi, am mers \u00een comunitate ca s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg mai bine cu ce se confrunt\u0103. Am descoperit c\u0103 mul\u021bi copii nu veneau la \u0219coal\u0103 pentru c\u0103 nu aveau haine sau \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103minte adecvat\u0103. Am \u00eenceput s\u0103 str\u00e2ng \u0219i s\u0103 distribui dona\u021bii de haine, iar acest proces continu\u0103 \u0219i ast\u0103zi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe parcurs, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 ob\u021binem \u0219i alte dona\u021bii, inclusiv alimente, pe care le-am oferit familiilor din comunitate. La \u0219coal\u0103, copiii beneficiaz\u0103 de un pachet de m\u00e2ncare, pe care \u00eel apreciaz\u0103 enorm. \u00cen ianuarie \u0219i februarie, c\u00e2nd acest pachet nu a fost disponibil, le-am preg\u0103tit eu sandwich-uri, pentru c\u0103 nu puteam lucra cu elevi fl\u0103m\u00e2nzi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toate aceste eforturi au \u00eent\u0103rit rela\u021bia mea cu elevii \u0219i familiile lor. Acum, copiii vin cu mai mult\u0103 \u00eencredere la \u0219coal\u0103, iar p\u0103rin\u021bii \u0219tiu c\u0103 g\u0103sesc \u00een mine un sprijin real. A fost o provocare la \u00eenceput, dar faptul c\u0103 am reu\u0219it s\u0103 le ofer un mediu sigur \u0219i atractiv i-a motivat s\u0103 fie prezen\u021bi zi de zi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O alt\u0103 mare realizare este progresul lor academic. Copii care, la \u00eenceputul anului, recuno\u0219teau doar 3-4 litere, acum citesc \u0219i scriu texte scurte dup\u0103 dictare. Cei care nu \u0219tiau s\u0103 numere p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10 pot acum s\u0103 fac\u0103 adun\u0103ri \u0219i sc\u0103deri \u00een concentrul 0-100. Sunt progrese imense, mai ales av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere dificult\u0103\u021bile cu care se confrunt\u0103 zilnic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fiecare copil care \u00ee\u0219i ia inima \u00een din\u021bi \u0219i cite\u0219te \u00een fa\u021ba clasei, fiecare exerci\u021biu rezolvat corect, fiecare \u00eentrebare pus\u0103 din curiozitate sunt, pentru mine, semne c\u0103 munca mea \u00ee\u0219i atinge scopul. Acestea sunt victoriile care \u00eemi dau energie \u0219i m\u0103 fac s\u0103 merg mai departe.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u201eAcum ne-am propus un nou obiectiv: 200 de zile de \u0219coal\u0103!\u201d<\/span> <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><b>Poveste\u0219te-ne, te rog, cum dezvol\u021bi numera\u021bia la elevii t\u0103i.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru dezvoltarea numera\u021biei, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 fi\u0219ele \u0219i exerci\u021biile clasice de matematic\u0103, am introdus \u00een clas\u0103 mai multe rutine care \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe copii s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be \u00eentr-un mod natural \u0219i interactiv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una dintre cele mai eficiente rutine a fost integrat\u0103 chiar \u00een managementul clasei. La \u00eenceputul fiec\u0103rei zile, fiecare elev prime\u0219te c\u00e2te 5 bilu\u021be. Dac\u0103 \u00eencalc\u0103 o regul\u0103, pierde o bilu\u021b\u0103. La finalul zilei, bilu\u021bele r\u0103mase sunt colectate \u00eentr-o sticl\u0103, iar c\u00e2nd ajung la 50, primesc o recompens\u0103 la alegere dintr-o cutie special\u0103, care con\u021bine stilouri, creioane, carioci, c\u0103r\u021bi \u0219i juc\u0103rii. Atunci c\u00e2nd ajungem la 10 unit\u0103\u021bi, facem o \u201evraj\u0103\u201d \u0219i le transform\u0103m \u00eentr-o zece, iar c\u00e2nd avem 10 zeci, acestea devin o sut\u0103. Am stabilit c\u0103 la 100 de zile de \u0219coal\u0103 vom organiza o petrecere \u2013 moment mult a\u0219teptat de copii! Acest obiectiv i-a motivat s\u0103 calculeze c\u00e2te zile mai au p\u00e2n\u0103 la 100, iar astfel am \u00eenceput s\u0103 lucr\u0103m cu sc\u0103derile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00e2nd am ajuns la 100 de zile de \u0219coal\u0103, ne-am s\u0103rb\u0103torit reu\u0219ita cu o petrecere special\u0103, aduc\u00e2nd chiar \u0219i un tobogan gonflabil \u00een curtea \u0219colii, o zi memorabil\u0103 pentru to\u021bi. Acum ne-am propus un nou obiectiv: 200 de zile de \u0219coal\u0103! Aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 nu doar c\u0103 \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe copii s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be numera\u021bia \u00eentr-un mod concret \u0219i vizual, dar le ofer\u0103 \u0219i motiva\u021bia de a fi prezen\u021bi zilnic la \u0219coal\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una dintre provoc\u0103rile majore cu care m-am confruntat la \u00eenceputul anului \u0219colar a fost lipsa reperelor temporale \u00een r\u00e2ndul copiilor. \u00cen a doua s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 de \u0219coal\u0103, \u00eentr-o zi de luni, elevii m-au certat c\u0103 nu am venit la \u0219coal\u0103 duminic\u0103, deoarece ei veniser\u0103 \u0219i nu m\u0103 g\u0103siser\u0103 acolo. Atunci am realizat c\u0103 nu \u0219tiau zilele s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii, lunile anului sau alte repere temporale de baz\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a-i ajuta s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte orientarea \u00een timp, am introdus o rutin\u0103 zilnic\u0103. Am laminat dou\u0103 coli \u0219i le-am lipit deasupra tablei: pe una scriem zilnic ziua s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii, iar pe cealalt\u0103, data. De asemenea, folosim un calendar necompletat, pe care \u00eel complet\u0103m \u00eempreun\u0103 \u00een fiecare diminea\u021b\u0103. Aceast\u0103 activitate i-a ajutat s\u0103 se obi\u0219nuiasc\u0103 at\u00e2t cu citirea calendarului, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu \u00een\u021belegerea succesiunii zilelor \u0219i a lunilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, to\u021bi copiii cunosc zilele s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii, lunile anului \u0219i anotimpurile. \u00cen prezent, exers\u0103m asocierea fiec\u0103rei luni cu anotimpul corespunz\u0103tor, consolid\u00e2nd astfel no\u021biunile \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate. La evaluarea ini\u021bial\u0103, am descoperit c\u0103 nivelul de cunoa\u0219tere a literelor \u0219i capacitatea de citire varia semnificativ: un sfert dintre copii recuno\u0219teau aproape toate literele, dar citeau greoi, pe litere, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00een\u021belegerea textului; un alt sfert cuno\u0219teau doar 5-10 litere \u0219i nu puteau segmenta fonetic cuvinte simple; iar restul nu recuno\u0219teau nicio liter\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O dificultate major\u0103 a fost faptul c\u0103 acas\u0103 copiii vorbesc limba romani, iar vocabularul lor \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 este extrem de limitat. Nu cuno\u0219teau semnifica\u021bia unor cuvinte uzuale precum musafir, c\u0103l\u0103torie, recompens\u0103, teatru etc. Am \u00eenceput s\u0103 le citesc zilnic pove\u0219ti, s\u0103 extragem \u00eempreun\u0103 cuvintele necunoscute, pe care le scriem \u0219i le lipim pe pere\u021bi. Revenim constant asupra lor \u0219i le exers\u0103m at\u00e2t ca semnifica\u021bie, c\u00e2t \u0219i ca pronun\u021bie, pentru c\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 dificult\u0103\u021bi \u0219i \u00een acest sens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O alt\u0103 provocare a fost lipsa sprijinului de acas\u0103 \u2013 mul\u021bi p\u0103rin\u021bi sunt analfabe\u021bi \u0219i nu \u00eei pot ajuta la citit. Am realizat c\u0103 am nevoie de ajutor \u0219i am apelat la Universitatea Aurel Vlaicu, Facultatea de \u0218tiin\u021be ale Educa\u021biei, unde am g\u0103sit sprijin din partea profesorilor \u0219i a doamnei decan. Am \u00eencheiat un parteneriat, iar acum studen\u021bi voluntari citesc cu copiii, fie fizic, fie online (de\u0219i accesul limitat la tehnologie r\u0103m\u00e2ne o provocare).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a le \u00eembog\u0103\u021bi vocabularul \u0219i experien\u021bele, am \u00eenceput, al\u0103turi de Rotary Cetate, s\u0103 organiz\u0103m mici ie\u0219iri educative. Prima noastr\u0103 ie\u0219ire a fost la Teatrul de Marionete \u2013 pentru to\u021bi a fost prima dat\u0103 \u00eentr-o sal\u0103 de spectacol, iar fascina\u021bia lor a fost de nepre\u021buit.
