Aflat\u0103 \u00een cel de-al doilea an de program, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103toarea e m\u00e2ndr\u0103 de clasa ei pe care o nume\u0219te &#8211; Clasa Bucuriei. E un loc \u00een care Georgiana prime\u0219te zilnic bile\u021bele de la elevi care nu \u00ee\u0219i ascund deloc sentimentele: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eTe iubesc, Doamna!\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Georgiana Bejnariu a absolvit 2 facult\u0103\u021bi. S-a specializat \u00een Contabilitate \u0219i Informatic\u0103 de Gestiune \u0219i \u00een Management Organiza\u021bional, iar acum este student\u0103 la a treia facultate &#8211; Pedagogie. \u201c\u0218tiu c\u0103 profilele par diametral opuse, dar nu este chiar a\u0219a, se \u00eembin\u0103 chiar perfect. Fiind \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103toare \u00een al doilea an, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele acumulate p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent m-au ajutat s\u0103 am un management al clasei, s\u0103 le pot\u00a0 explica elevilor de ce este matematica important\u0103 pentru noi\u201d, poveste\u0219te Georgiana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen primul an de Teach a predat la o structur\u0103 a Liceului \u201e\u0218tefan D. Luchian\u201d, \u0218tef\u0103ne\u0219ti, jude\u021bul Boto\u0219ani. Elevii m\u0103 \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219eaz\u0103 mereu \u0219i \u00eesi exprim\u0103 dragostea prin sutele de scrisori pe care le primesc zilnic cu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,, Te iubesc, Doamna!\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0218tiu c\u0103 dup\u0103 ce au \u00eenceput a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba literele, \u0219i au reu\u0219it s\u0103 scrie singuri, volumul scrisorilor a crescut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cum e anul acesta comparativ cu anul trecut de program?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anul acesta a fost mai u\u0219or, dar asta datorit\u0103 faptului c\u0103 am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat multe anul trecut \u0219i acum am fost mult mai ferm\u0103, mai consecvent\u0103 \u0219i am reu\u0219it mai u\u0219or s\u0103 \u021bin clasa unit\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Unde sim\u021bi c\u0103 au fost sau sunt micile victorii din clas\u0103?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oh, am avut c\u00e2teva. Anul trecut am reu\u0219it s\u0103 unesc elevii pentru a accepta un copil cu cerin\u021be educa\u021bionale speciale, care era violent. Am lucrat mai mult de jum\u0103tate de an \u0219i rezultatele au fost vizibile. Avea mari probleme de logopedie, dar \u00eempreun\u0103 cu colegii lui am reu\u0219it s\u0103-l ajut\u0103m la pronun\u021bie \u0219i la exprimare, iar acum spre final de an, Edi vorbe\u0219te aproape la fel de clar ca unul elev f\u0103r\u0103 probleme de pronun\u021bie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anul trecut, am mai avut un b\u0103ie\u021bel, Matei, care nu \u0219tia literele fiind \u00een clasa I. Dar datorit\u0103 felului meu de a fi, de a nu face diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre elevi \u0219i faptul c\u0103 \u00eei \u00eencurajam constant l-a motivat extraordinar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Matei a \u00eenceput s\u0103 citeasc\u0103 de peste tot, pere\u021bi, buc\u0103\u021bi de ziar, afi\u0219e. Nu mai zic c\u0103 a terminat caietul special \u00eenainte s\u0103 apuc\u0103m noi s\u0103 trecem la literele respective. \u00cemi amintesc c\u00e2nd a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat adunarea. Toat\u0103 pauza \u0219i-o petrecea scriind opera\u021bii pe tabl\u0103. Am creat un program de mentorat pentru a sprijini profesorii care au elevi cu grave r\u0103m\u00e2neri \u00een urm\u0103, oferindu-le resurse \u0219i form\u0103ri. Cu sprijinul Pepco Rom\u00e2nia, acord\u0103m granturi pentru proiecte dezvoltate \u00eempreun\u0103 cu elevii, cu scopul de a le oferi elevilor un context de practic\u0103 pentru no\u021biunile teoretice de litera\u021bie \u0219i numera\u021bie pe care profesorii, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103torii \u0219i educatorii le duc la clas\u0103 \u0219i de a dezvolta, cu aceast\u0103 ocazie, leadershipul la nivel de elevi.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, \u00een acest an \u0219colar, am dus experien\u021ba noastr\u0103 de lucru \u00een domeniul litera\u021biei c\u0103tre al\u021bi profesori din sistem, prin Caravana litera\u021biei, ce a implicat 275 de profesori, 355 de p\u0103rin\u021bi, 440 de copii, 50 de copii voluntari \u0219i 8 profesori facilitatori \u00een 9 comunit\u0103\u021bi din 7 jude\u021be, iar alte 30 de \u0219coli din regiunile limitrofe \u0219i-au exprimat dorin\u021ba de a se implica.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De c\u00e2nd a intrat \u00een programul Teach for Romania, Georgiana Bejnariu a avut multe ambi\u021bii \u0219i la fel de multe satisfac\u021bii.
