Ea pred\u0103 la clasa preg\u0103titoare \u0219i este iubit\u0103 de cei 31 de elevi ai s\u0103i, pe care \u00eei consider\u0103 \u201espiridu\u0219i dornici s\u0103 exploreze tainele numera\u021biei \u0219i litera\u021biei\u201d, pentru c\u0103 sunt \u201eClasa exploratorilor\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tatiana, \u00eenainte de a intra \u00een programul Teach for Romania, a fost inginer, dar dup\u0103 ce a devenit mam\u0103 \u0219i a descoperit magia educa\u021biei al\u0103turi de propriii copii, \u0219i-a dorit s\u0103 se apropie din nou de copii \u0219i s\u0103 exploreze lumea chiar de la firul ierbii. La \u0219coal\u0103. Astfel, a urmat cursurile Universit\u0103\u021bii \u201eAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d din Ia\u0219i, specializ\u00e2ndu-se \u00een Pedagogia \u00cenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului Primar \u0219i Pre\u0219colar (PIPP). M\u0103 duc cu drag la clas\u0103 mai ales ca s\u0103 ajung la \u0219coal\u0103 trec prin \u201ep\u0103durea de argint\u201d. V\u0103d natura cum se transform\u0103 sub ochii mei \u00een fiecare anotimp. Uneori, la clas\u0103, ca s\u0103 le captez aten\u021bia, mai \u00eentreb:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e- \u0218ti\u021bi voi oare cu cine m-am \u00eent\u00e2lnit eu pe drum, c\u00e2nd treceam prin p\u0103durea de argint?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Care p\u0103dure, Doamna? Cu cine? Chiar exist\u0103?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0218i\u00a0 rela\u021bia cu comunitatea este una de colaborare \u0219i de sus\u021binere. Am avut suport din partea comunit\u0103\u021bii \u00een momentul \u00een care le-am solicitat ajutorul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cum e anul acesta fa\u021b\u0103 de anul trecut de program?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anul acesta pare mult mai u\u0219or. Anul trecut au fost multe provoc\u0103ri, dar m\u0103 sim\u021beam ca o \u00eenving\u0103toare dup\u0103 fiecare etap\u0103 \u0219i m\u0103 bucuram c\u0103 mergeam mai departe deoarece sim\u021beam c\u0103 am ce s\u0103 duc la clas\u0103, sim\u021beam c\u0103 eu \u201ecresc\u201d iar al\u0103turi de mine vor cre\u0219te \u0219i \u201ecopii\u201d pe care ai aveam \u00een grij\u0103 ca dasc\u0103l.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, m-am obi\u0219nuit s\u0103 completez la timp documentele, s\u0103 fac planific\u0103rile, evalu\u0103rile ini\u021biale, finale, pe litera\u021bie, numera\u021bie, dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor socio-emo\u021bionale \u0219i pe toate le v\u0103d ca un \u00eentreg, menite s\u0103 m\u0103 ajute \u00een procesul didactic, \u00een organizare \u0219i planificare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Unde sim\u021bi c\u0103 au fost micile sau marile victorii din clas\u0103?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum sunt \u00een al treilea an de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt. \u00cen primii doi ani, au fost mari victorii la clas\u0103 (pentru c\u0103 eu a\u0219a le consider) cu cinci dintre elevii mei. C\u00e2nd am preluat clasa a III-a, eu fiind al treilea cadru didactic, din 30 de elevi, un singur elev citea cursiv, 21 pe silabe iar 8 nu cuno\u0219teau alfabetul. La finalul clasei a III-a, cei 21 de elevi citeau cursiv iar p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul clasei a IV-a, to\u021bi copiii citeau, desigur la diferite niveluri ale fluen\u021bei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar acum am Clasa Preg\u0103titoare \u0219i cu m\u00e2ndrie pot spune c\u0103 30 de elevi au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat alfabetul \u0219i \u0219tiu s\u0103 citeasc\u0103 iar cu un elev, lucrez diferen\u021biat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17864 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/9-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/9-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/9-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/9-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/9-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/9-2048x1152.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/span><b>Poveste\u0219te-ne mai multe despre proiectul de final de an<\/b><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proiectul meu de final de an este pe numera\u021bie: \u201eDezvoltarea numera\u021biei prin activit\u0103\u021bi indoor \u0219i outdoor\u201d. \u00cen comunitatea noastr\u0103, am observat c\u0103 mul\u021bi copii \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de num\u0103rare \u0219i \u00een\u021belegere a conceptelor matematice de baz\u0103. Aceast\u0103 nevoie a fost identificat\u0103 prin interac\u021biuni cu educatori, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tori, p\u0103rin\u021bi \u0219i observa\u021bii directe asupra performan\u021bei \u0219colare a copiilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopul proiectului meu este s\u0103 transform procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare a numerelor \u00eentr-o experien\u021b\u0103 captivant\u0103 \u0219i interactiv\u0103 pentru copiii din clasa preg\u0103titoare \u0219i ciclul primar. S\u0103 fiu sprijin \u0219i \u00eendrum\u0103tor pentru alte cadre didactice, s\u0103 analizez diverse situa\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103d cu ce a\u0219 putea ajuta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen ultimii doi ani, am dezvoltat primul program de numera\u021bie din Romania cu sprijinul BCR.
