Acum este profesor de istorie la \u0218coala Gimnazial\u0103 \u201eProf. Ion Vi\u0219oiu\u201d din Chitila, jude\u021bul Ilfov, \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 din primele s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni c\u00e2nd a ajuns la catedr\u0103 \u0219i-a dat seama c\u0103 asta \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te \u00een viitor. S\u0103 fie al\u0103turi de elevii ei, s\u0103 \u00eei ghideze s\u0103 devin\u0103 \u201ecineva\u201d. Diana ne-a povestit c\u0103 nu \u00eei este u\u0219or s\u0103 duc\u0103 la clas\u0103 reguli \u0219i consecin\u021be c\u0103tre elevii de gimnaziu, care sunt \u00een etapa de preadolescen\u021b\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 dup\u0103 mult\u0103 recapitulare fiecare copil a reu\u0219it s\u0103 \u0219i le asume \u0219i s\u0103 le pun\u0103 \u00een practic\u0103. Chiar \u0219i fi\u0219a de autoevaluare a devenit o activitate pl\u0103cut\u0103 printre elevi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eBine\u00een\u021beles, ca \u00een orice meserie, m-am lovit \u0219i de greut\u0103\u021bi, dar am \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba\u021b multe \u0219i continui s\u0103 o fac. Printre cele mai importante lucruri \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate, s-a num\u0103rat importan\u021ba culturii reu\u0219itei. Poate sun\u0103 abstract, dar de fapt e ceva simplu ce aplic\u0103m f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama. \u00cens\u0103 am aflat c\u0103 secretul culturii reu\u0219itei este perseveren\u021ba. Cultura reu\u0219itei se refer\u0103 la reguli, atitudini \u0219i rutine aplicate la clas\u0103 care ofer\u0103 elevilor predictibilitate \u0219i confort \u00een climatul educa\u021bional. Eu nefiind dirigint\u0103 \u0219i lucr\u00e2nd cu elevii de gimnaziu, pot spune ca mi-a luat ceva mai mult timp s\u0103 \u00eemi dau seama cum duc cultura reu\u0219itei la 12 clase la care am o or\u0103 sau maximum dou\u0103 ore pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103. Dar am reu\u0219it, c\u0103 doar vorbim de cultura reu\u0219itei! Ce m-a ajutat cel mai mult la clas\u0103 a fost stabilirea unui set de reguli \u0219i consecin\u021be clare, al\u0103turi de elevi, pe care le-am respectat cu sfin\u021benie. Ceva mai rebeli \u0219i mai dornici s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i afirme independen\u021ba \u0219i opiniile. Lucruri naturale pe care le sus\u021bin, \u00eens\u0103 exprimate \u00eentr-un cadru educa\u021bional prielnic. A\u0219a c\u0103 regulile \u0219i consecin\u021bele nu au fost un lucru op\u021bional. Stabilindu-le de comun acord cu ei, nu a durat prea mult pentru marea majoritate s\u0103 le considere o normalitate \u0219i s\u0103 nu mai fie nevoie de aplicarea constant\u0103 a consecin\u021belor. Mai pu\u021bin pentru un simpatic dintre ei care a decis c\u0103 regulile sunt f\u0103cute pentru a fi \u00eenc\u0103lcate. Iar timp de dou\u0103 luni de zile eu am fost acolo s\u0103 \u00eei reamintesc c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lcarea regulilor aduce \u0219i suportarea unor consecin\u021be. Una dintre consecin\u021bele pe care le aplic \u021bine de un sistem de aten\u021bion\u0103ri. La 3 aten\u021bion\u0103ri, elevul este mutat din banc\u0103, la 4 prime\u0219te o tem\u0103 suplimentar\u0103, la 5 sau mai multe, elevul petrece trei sferturi din pauza de dup\u0103 ora de istorie la discu\u021bii cu mine pe diferite teme. Iar bine\u00een\u021beles c\u0103 elevul meu s-a \u00eencadrat la ultima categorie. La \u00eenceput m-am lovit de refuz, apoi de ripost\u0103ri, apoi de acceptare neutr\u0103. \u00cen tot acest timp n-am renun\u021bat la aplicarea consecin\u021bei, ba chiar observam cum de la or\u0103 la or\u0103 atitudinea lui se \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bea. Dup\u0103 dou\u0103 luni de zile parc\u0103 aveam alt elev, unul care nu mai aduna 5 aten\u021bion\u0103ri \u0219i depunea acum efort la or\u0103, implic\u00e2ndu-se activ \u0219i pertinent la lec\u021bie. \u0218i \u00eemi aduc aminte prima oar\u0103 c\u00e2nd nu l-am mai chemat, am ie\u0219it din clas\u0103, ca apoi s\u0103 \u00eel v\u0103d \u00een urma mea amintindu-mi c\u0103 trebuia s\u0103 vin\u0103 \u0219i el. I-am zis, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 \u00eemi ascund bucuria, \u201eAzi nu mai este nevoie, nu ai mai acumulat nicio aten\u021bionare. Felicit\u0103ri!\u201d Iar de atunci, lucrurile au r\u0103mas la fel. Deci, perseveren\u021b\u0103, c\u0103ci rezultatele vor ap\u0103rea cu siguran\u021b\u0103!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O rutin\u0103 ce \u021bine tot de cultura reu\u0219itei pe care o folosesc \u0219i o recomand este fi\u0219a de tracking. Aceasta se reg\u0103se\u0219te \u00een caietul fiec\u0103rui elev \u0219i este completat\u0103 de ace\u0219tia la finalul fiec\u0103rei ore. Acolo au mai multe coloane referitoare la atitudinea de la or\u0103, la activitatea individual\u0103 \u0219i, coloana lor preferat\u0103, \u201epunctajul suplimentar\u201dpe care \u00eel pot folosi la viitoare not\u0103ri. Aceast\u0103 fi\u0219\u0103 \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe elevi s\u0103 se autoevalueze la ora curent\u0103, dar \u0219i s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 la finalul anului o imagine de ansamblu a parcursului lor.
