Ea face parte din seria de conferin\u021be menite s\u0103 preg\u0103teasc\u0103 profesorii pentru provoc\u0103rile ce le stau \u00eenainte \u0219i s\u0103 le vin\u0103 \u00een ajutor \u00een construirea planului lor de ac\u021biune viitoare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103 diminea\u021ba, directorul de Training \u0219i Suport Teach for Romania, Mirela \u0218te\u021bco, a \u00eent\u00e2mpinat profesorii cu o fraz\u0103 memorabil\u0103: \u201east\u0103zi este despre bucuria de a fi \u00eempreun\u0103\u201d \u0219i i-a \u00eencurajat s\u0103-\u0219i adreseze cuvinte de \u00eencurajare, pornind de la experien\u021bele imediate. Aceast\u0103 reconectare la nivel emo\u021bional a avut efectul scontat, fiindc\u0103 imediat dup\u0103 au \u00eenceput sesiunile de <em>sharing<\/em>. Profesorii s-au \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een grupe \u0219i au discutat despre cele mai mari dificult\u0103\u021bi pe care le-au \u00eent\u00e2mpinat: <em>mindset<\/em>-ul rigid al copiilor, lipsa leg\u0103turii \u00eentre elevi \u0219i \u0219coal\u0103, situa\u021bia familial\u0103 a copiilor, situa\u021bia comunit\u0103\u021bii, copiii cu reac\u021bii dificile \u0219i rela\u021biile defectuase sau inexistente dintre copii. Le-am discutat \u00eempreun\u0103 \u0219i copiii au depus un jur\u0103m\u00e2nt c\u0103 le vor respecta. Psihoterapeutul Petru\u021ba Coman a insistat asupra faptului c\u0103 mul\u021bi copii sufer\u0103 de \u201efoame emo\u021bional\u0103\u201d \u0219i au nevoie s\u0103 fie asculta\u021bi \u0219i hr\u0103ni\u021bi, oferind ca r\u0103spuns lucrul cu m\u00e2inile, pentru a evita b\u0103t\u0103ile cu pumnii. \u00cen acest sens, metoda folosit\u0103 de Vasile, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tor la clasa a IV-a, este \u00eencurajarea con\u0219tientiz\u0103rii \u0219i a verbaliz\u0103rii emo\u021biilor. Acest\u0103 sesiune a reprezentat reconectarea profesorilor cu organiza\u021bia \u0219i le-a restabilit, fiec\u0103ruia dintre ei, sentimentul de solidaritate, ajutor \u0219i comunitate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen continuare, psihologul Mihaela T\u0103b\u0103caru i-a \u00eencurajat pe participan\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i aminteasc\u0103 una dintre activit\u0103\u021bile preferate din copil\u0103rie, confec\u021bionarea avioanelor de h\u00e2rtie, \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eencerce s\u0103 realizeze c\u00e2t mai bine c\u00e2te unul.
