G\u0103zduit\u0103 de Liceul teoretic \u201eDecebal\u201d \u0219i campusul Arcca, aceasta i-a adus \u00eempreun\u0103 pe actorii implica\u021bi \u00een educa\u021bie din \u0219colile partenere \u0219i le-a propus o discu\u021bie deschis\u0103 pe tema \u00eencrederii pun\u00e2ndu-le la dispozi\u021bie un cadru de lucru \u0219i un proces practic, materiale \u0219i metode care s\u0103 \u00eei sprijine \u00een \u00eent\u0103rirea \u00eencrederii care st\u0103 la baza interac\u021biunilor cu ceilal\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De asemenea, pe cei afla\u021bi pentru prima oar\u0103 \u00eentr-o pozi\u021bie managerial\u0103, programul i-a ajutat s\u0103 dezvolte competen\u021bele esen\u021biale de care au nevoie pentru a avea un start de impact \u00een noua pozi\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4366 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Poza-11-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Poza 1\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe parcursul celor dou\u0103 zile de training, directorii au participat la activit\u0103\u021bi ce au avut ca teme principale re-construirea \u00eencrederii, compararea \u0219i con\u0219tientizarea diferen\u021bei dintre rolul unui contibuitor individual (profesor) \u0219i cel al unui manager (director de \u0219coal\u0103). \u00cen plus, ei au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 parteneriate la locul de munc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 lucreze mai bine cu ceilal\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rela\u021bia dintre cei doi (profesor \u2013 manager de \u0219coal\u0103) influen\u021beaz\u0103 modul \u00een care profesorul \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea, c\u00e2t de autentic\u0103 e implicarea lui, dar \u0219i felul \u00een care se iau decizii la nivelul \u0219colii pentru ca acestea s\u0103 urm\u0103reasc\u0103 beneficiul copiilor. Colaborarea este esen\u021bial\u0103 \u00een acest proces, iar \u00eencrederea este cheia unui parteneriat real. Nivelul de \u00eencredere pe care oamenii \u00eel au fa\u0163\u0103 de un coleg sau un lider determin\u0103 c\u00e2t de bine lucreaz\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103, modul \u00een care se ascult\u0103 reciproc \u0219i se bazeaz\u0103 unul pe cel\u0103lalt pentru a duce sarcinile la bun sf\u00e2r\u0219it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201ePe terenul\u201d \u00eencrederii oamenii pot vorbi sincer despre inten\u021biile lor; atunci c\u00e2nd se simt asculta\u021bi \u0219i aprecia\u021bi percep\u021bia asupra celuilalt se schimb\u0103, el devine egalul s\u0103u, iar bariera statutului social \u0219i profesional se atenueaz\u0103. Ascultarea activ\u0103, explorarea \u0219i acceptarea altor perspective deschide orizontul c\u0103tre o varietate mult mai mare de abord\u0103ri \u0219i solu\u021bii eliberate de cli\u0219eele \u0219i prejudec\u0103\u021bile at\u00e2t de prezente la o analiz\u0103 superficial\u0103 a problemei. Invit\u0103 companiile la dialoguri care redau energia pozitiv\u0103 \u0219i \u00eencrederea c\u0103 valorile \u0219i scopul comun sunt esen\u021biale pentru a cre\u0219te colaborarea, angajamentul \u0219i pentru a sus\u021bine performan\u021ba managerilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conferin\u021ba face parte din proiectul NEWTT, co-finan\u021bat prin programul Erasmus +. Astfel, toate costurile de formare au fost acoperite de asocia\u021bia Teach for Romania, f\u0103c\u00e2nd astfel posibil ca un reprezentant al fiec\u0103rei \u0219coli partenere s\u0103 participe la acest curs \u00een mod gratuit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4373 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Poza-41-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Poza 4\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Directorii participan\u021bi au \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219it g\u00e2ndurile lor despre acest eveniment:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201eAm numai experien\u021be excelente legate de toate \u00eent\u00e2lnirile Teach. Interesant, cresc, m\u0103 dezvolt, m\u0103 cunosc, \u201devadez\u201d din cotidian. M-am sim\u021bit ca \u00een studen\u021bie.<\/em><em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201eNici\u00a0 nu am g\u00e2ndit c\u0103 voi participa la un a\u0219a curs interactiv.
