{"id":10216,"date":"2022-08-29T07:11:35","date_gmt":"2022-08-29T07:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/?p=10216"},"modified":"2022-08-29T07:11:35","modified_gmt":"2022-08-29T07:11:35","slug":"intalnirea-bianuala-a-partenerilor-newtt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/en\/intalnirea-bianuala-a-partenerilor-newtt\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00cent\u00e2lnirea bianual\u0103 a partenerilor NEWTT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zilele trecute, Teach for Romania a g\u0103zduit \u00cent\u00e2lnirea de Coordonare a partenerilor implica\u021bi \u00een consor\u021biul de implementare \u201dA New Way for New Talents in Teaching\u201d. 25 de reprezentan\u021bi ai celor 15 parteneri din consor\u021biu \u0219i 2 reprezentan\u021bi ai agen\u021biei EACEA, Erasmus+ de la Bruxelles au venit \u00een Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p>Timp de dou\u0103 zile, g\u0103zdui\u021bi de centrul DB Connect am analizat \u00eempreun\u0103 perioada de implementare desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een acest moment, provoc\u0103rile \u0219i solu\u021biile g\u0103site.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen dup\u0103 \u2013 amiaza primei zile am avut al\u0103turi de noi beneficiari din proiect, din \u0218coala Nr. 13 \u0219i Liceul Hristo Botev &#8211; Bucure\u0219ti, \u0218coala Nr. 1 din Fundeni \u0219i \u0218coala Pas\u0103rea din Frumu\u0219ani &#8211; jude\u021bul C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i \u0219i \u0218coala Gimnazial\u0103 Crizbav &#8211; jude\u021bul Bra\u0219ov. Discu\u021biile cu ace\u0219tia, la care au participat tutori din TfR \u0219i doamnele director ale ambelor \u0219coli din Bucure\u0219ti au st\u00e2rnit interesul tuturor partenerilor.<\/p>\n<p>Prima zi a adus claritate \u00een privin\u021ba situa\u021biilor curente din \u0219coli, dar \u0219i din cariera didactic\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een privin\u021ba provoc\u0103rilor pe termen mediu \u0219i lung \u0219i a solu\u021biilor v\u0103zute din perspectiva \u0219colilor.<\/p>\n<p>Pe baza acestor discu\u021bii, dar \u0219i pe baza specificului na\u021bional din cele 5 \u021b\u0103ri pilot, a doua zi s-a lucrat \u00een direc\u021bia m\u0103surilor de exploatare ce pot fi abordate \u00een acest ultim an de proiect sau ca m\u0103suri de sustenabilitate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen \u00eencheiere \u00eel parafraz\u0103m pe unul dintre parteneri, care f\u0103c\u00e2nd referire la provoc\u0103rile cu care se confrunt\u0103 copiii \u00een acest moment \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu
