La curs au participat echipe a c\u00e2te 4-5 profesori \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tori din cele zece \u0219coli implicate \u00een proiect \u00een acest an \u0219colar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen proiectul FIERST\u00a0lucr\u0103m pe crearea unor metode de lucru \u00een cadrul c\u0103rora s\u0103 se dezvolte\u00a0competen\u021be de leadership, eficacitate social\u0103, rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i g\u00e2ndire strategic\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul elevilor pentru a crea o \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare c\u00e2t mai incluziv\u0103 \u00een clas\u0103 \u0219i implicit, \u00een \u0219coal\u0103. La acest curs am avut sesiuni \u00een care participan\u021bii au descoperit mijloace prin care s\u0103 stimuleze g\u00e2ndirea strategic\u0103 la clas\u0103.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sesiuni de lucru pentru dezvoltarea g\u00e2ndirii strategice la elevi<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Astfel, \u00een sesiunea de litera\u021bie s-a pus accent pe modalitatea \u00een care se poate ajunge la \u00een\u021belegerea unui text literar sau non-literar. Participan\u021bii au lucrat pe texte din aria curricular\u0103 a materiei predate la clas\u0103. S-a v\u0103zut c\u0103 litera\u021bia \u021bine nu numai de citirea unui text, dar \u0219i de cunoa\u0219terea unor simboluri grafice, formule, coduri, note muzicale, termeni specifici fiec\u0103rei materii \u00een parte, fiecare \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 av\u00e2nd un limbaj, un cod specific, care odat\u0103 decodificat \u00eenlesne\u0219te drumul c\u0103tre informa\u021biile unui anumit domeniu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sesiunea despre viziune \u0219i obiective a ajutat la crearea unui sens a ceea ce profesorii \u00ee\u0219i doresc s\u0103 duc\u0103 la clas\u0103. Ca \u00een orice proiect este necesar s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi stabile\u0219ti o viziune clar\u0103 a ceea ce vrei s\u0103 atingi \u0219i mai ales s\u0103 \u0219tii la ce rezultate vrei s\u0103 ajungi \u0219i cum, care sunt \u00a0resursele de care dispui \u0219i ce nevoi mai ai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sesiunea despre competen\u021be \u0219i con\u021binuturi a ajutat la crearea unei strategii de lucru plec\u00e2nd de la competen\u021ba pe care profesorul vrea s\u0103 o dezvolte la clas\u0103 \u0219i apoi, s\u0103 aleag\u0103 con\u021binutul potrivit grupei de v\u00e2rst\u0103 cu care lucreaz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8619 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/fierst_1.jpg\" alt=\"fierst_1\" width=\"757\" height=\"529\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O parte semnificativ\u0103 a cursului a fost aceea \u00een care participan\u021bii au avut ca responsabilitate s\u0103 proiecteze un plan de lec\u021bie \u00een cinci pa\u0219i, av\u00e2nd \u00een minte ceea ce vor s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 la finalul orei de predare. Planul de lec\u021bie \u00een cinci pa\u0219i are o structur\u0103 logic\u0103 \u0219i fireasc\u0103. La \u00eenceput se fixeaz\u0103 obiectivele de lucru, apoi cum va ar\u0103ta rezultatul &#8211; evaluarea. \u00a0Se porne\u0219te cu scopul lec\u021biei &#8211; de ce merit\u0103 45\/50 de minute din via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 fii acolo la lec\u021bie (<strong>pasul \u00eent\u00e2i<\/strong> -&gt; opening), apoi profesorul le arat\u0103 elevilor cum se face o activitate (<strong>pasul al doilea<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>I DO<\/strong>), dup\u0103 care profesorul \u0219i elevii fac acea activitate \u00eempreun\u0103 (<strong>pasul al treilea<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>WE DO<\/strong>), apoi elevii fac singuri activitatea \u00a0(<strong>pasul al patrulea<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>YOU DO<\/strong>). La final, are loc o scurt\u0103 verificare, acesta reprezent\u00e2nd <strong>al cincilea pas<\/strong> -&gt; exit ticket. <strong>Planul de lec\u021bie \u00een cinci pa\u0219i este precum un c\u00e2ntec pe care vrei s\u0103 \u00eel \u00eenve\u021bi la un moment dat: prima dat\u0103 \u00eel ascul\u021bi, apoi \u00eel c\u00e2n\u021bi cu cineva, apoi \u00eencerci singur, dup\u0103 care po\u021bi s\u0103-i \u00eenve\u021bi tu pe al\u021bii<\/strong>. Bine, acum \u00een func\u021bie de dificultatea activit\u0103\u021bii fiecare pas poate avea un timp \u0219i o ordine diferite, dar asta hot\u0103r\u0103\u0219te profesorul, antrenorul etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8620 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/fierst_2.jpg\" alt=\"fierst_2\" width=\"612\" height=\"389\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partea de g\u00e2ndire strategic\u0103 nu putea fi complet\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 o sesiune despre evaluare. Aceasta a fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 pe dou\u0103 zile. Participan\u021bii au avut ocazia de a lucra \u00eempreun\u0103 pentru a descoperi de ce fac evaluarea ini\u021bial\u0103, formativ\u0103 \u0219i sumativ\u0103. Ne-am oprit mai mult asupra evalu\u0103rii formative pentru c\u0103 este un proces care ajut\u0103 la progresul elevilor, la crearea autonomiei \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, a responsabilit\u0103\u021bii pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, d\u0103 \u0219ansa at\u00e2t elevului, c\u00e2t \u0219i profesorului de a primi feedback, d\u0103 sens muncii de ambele p\u0103r\u021bi. Mai mult, \u00een aceast\u0103 sesiune nu aveam cum s\u0103 trecem peste integrarea tehnologiei \u00een procesul de evaluare. A\u0219adar, participan\u021bii au creat scurte activit\u0103\u021bi pe care le-au inclus \u00een coduri QR, ce pot fi folosite \u00a0\u00een moduri variate at\u00e2t la evaluare, c\u00e2t \u0219i la auto-evaluare. De asemenea, cursan\u021bii au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat cum se folose\u0219te MENTI, o aplica\u021bie care \u00ee\u021bi d\u0103 posibilitatea s\u0103 prime\u0219ti r\u0103spunsuri rapide de la un num\u0103r mare de participan\u021bi. Deja am \u00eenceput s\u0103 primim poze de la participan\u021bi cu idei duse la clas\u0103.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cine a fost al\u0103turi de noi?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru c\u0103 nou\u0103 ne place s\u0103 fim o comunitate, al\u0103turi de noi au fost ca facilitatori colegi de-ai no\u0219tri din organiza\u021bie care sunt alumni sau sunt \u00eenc\u0103 profesori \u00een programul Teach for Romania. Ajutorul lor a fost de un real folos pentru noi. Ne bucur\u0103m de c\u00e2te ori putem s\u0103 lucr\u0103m \u00eempreun\u0103, s\u0103 construim, s\u0103 d\u0103m sens a ceea ce facem \u00eempreun\u0103, s\u0103 putem ar\u0103ta un exemplu de comunitate. Acest proiect este o munc\u0103 sus\u021binut\u0103 a trainerilor, facilitatorilor c\u00e2t \u0219i a echipei extinse a proiectului. Mul\u021bumiri merg c\u0103tre\u00a0M\u0103lina\u00a0Flocea, Marius Bogdan,\u00a0Constantin Cojocea, Cristina \u0218erban,\u00a0Ana Andronache\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0Ioana Morar, c\u00e2t \u0219i colegelor mele al\u0103turi de care lucrez \u00een acest proiect: Anca Popa, Bianca M\u0103t\u0103sariu \u0219i Adriana Sum\u0103naru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8621 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/fierst_3.jpg\" alt=\"fierst_3\" width=\"780\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Feedback de la participan\u021bi<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participan\u021bii au apreciat sesiunile de aplica\u021bii practice unde au putut lucra \u0219i interac\u021biona unii cu al\u021bii, posibilitatea de a pune \u00eentreb\u0103ri, planificarea invers\u0103, lucru aplicat pe texte diferite \u00een sesiunea de litera\u021bie, cum po\u021bi lucra eficient aleg\u00e2nd mai \u00eent\u00e2i competen\u021bele apoi cuno\u0219tin\u021bele, folosirea tehnologiei \u00een procesul de evaluare \u0219i mai ales schimbul de idei dintre ei. Au \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219it provoc\u0103ri \u0219i reu\u0219ite, au v\u0103zut c\u0103 nu sunt singurii care se confrunt\u0103 cu anumite situa\u021bii \u0219i astfel s-a legat mai bine \u0219i comunitatea FIERST.\u00a0 Mai jos, am men\u021bionat c\u00e2teva idei din feedback-ul primit de la participan\u021bi, despre aspectele importante ale trainingului:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eAplica\u021biile practice, \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219irea experie\u021belor, schimbul de idei.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eActivit\u0103\u021bile practice, exemplele concrete ale trainerilor \u0219i posibilitatea de a pune \u00eentreb\u0103ri.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eTot ce \u021bine de de educa\u021bia incluziv\u0103 \u0219i de cum facem orele c\u00e2t mai practice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eFolosirea tehnologiei \u00een evaluare.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eStabilirea obiectivelor \u0219i planificarea activit\u0103\u021bilor.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ce se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla \u00een continuare?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een luna iunie a acestui an vom lucra pe toate cele patru competen\u021be din proiect \u00een \u00eent\u00e2lnirile de comunitate de practic\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.
