Ilfov, conferin\u021ba directorilor implica\u021bi \u00een proiectul \u201eFrom Inclusive Education To Real Scale Transfer\u201d (FIERST), proiect Erasmus+, KA3, desf\u0103\u0219urat de c\u0103tre un consor\u021biu european de organizatii (Teach) si institu\u021bii din 5 \u021b\u0103ri \u2013 Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Suedia \u0219i Anglia, din care face parte \u0219i Teach for Romania. La eveniment au participat directori din \u0219colile implicate \u00een proiectul FIERST \u0219i directori din \u0219coli partenere Teach for Romania.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cadrul conferin\u021bei au fost trei sesiuni pe diferite teme din proiect: despre butoanele emo\u021biilor \u0219i cum s\u0103 comunic\u0103m mai bine cu ceilal\u021bi, mentalitate fix\u0103 versus mentalitate flexibil\u0103 \u0219i rela\u021bia profesor-elev. \u0218coala Gimnazial\u0103 \u201eProfesor Ion Vi\u0219oiu\u201d din Chitila a fost una dintre cele 3 \u0219coli partenere \u00een proiect \u00een anul \u0219colar 2018- 2019, iar despre implicarea \u00een proiectul FIERST \u0219i exemple de bun\u0103 practic\u0103 privind dezvoltarea de competen\u021be pentru educa\u021bie incluziv\u0103 \u0219i variate exemple de comunit\u0103\u021bi de practic\u0103 la nivel de \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i comunitate local\u0103, a povestit prof. \u0218tefania Duminic\u0103, \u00een calitate de director al \u0219colii gazde.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201e\u00cen mod clar am v\u0103zut \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri ale activit\u0103\u021bii la profesorii participan\u021bi \u00een proiectul FIERST privind felul \u00een care particip\u0103 la activit\u021bile din \u0219coal\u0103, cum discut\u0103 despre anumite situa\u021bii pe care fiecare le \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219te la clasa lui, cum \u00ee\u0219i organizeaz\u0103 ei activit\u0103\u021bile, dar \u0219i cum \u00eei antreneaz\u0103 pe ceilal\u021bi colegi. Cred c\u0103 este foarte important pentru \u0219coala noastr\u0103 s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la acea comunitate a profesorilor. Este necesar ca profesorii s\u0103-\u0219i clarifice c\u0103 au de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat pe tot parcursul vie\u021bii, c\u0103 meseria lor odat\u0103 \u00eensu\u0219it\u0103 nu p\u0103streaz\u0103 acelea\u0219i proceduri sau acelea\u0219i trasee, a\u0219a cum spuneam, traseul se reconfigureaz\u0103 cu fiecare genera\u021bie \u00een parte sau poate cu fiecare elev \u00een parte\u201d,\u00a0 <\/em>a declarat prof. \u0218tefania Duminic\u0103, Director al \u0218colii Gimnaziale \u201eProfesor Ion Vi\u0219oiu\u201d din Chitila.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8922\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8922\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8922 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/235-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"2\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8922\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Ioana-Otilia Chiselev<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00cen conformitate cu edi\u021bia din 2017 a Monitorului Educa\u021biei \u0219i Form\u0103rii a Comisiei Europene, participarea la educa\u021bie \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare depinde \u00een mare m\u0103sur\u0103 de mediul socio-economic. Elevii din mediile dezavantajate \u00eenfrunt\u0103 provoc\u0103ri majore, iar acest fapt le \u00eengreuneaz\u0103 participarea academic\u0103 \u0219i cognitiv\u0103, duc\u00e2nd la sc\u0103derea motiva\u021biei.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<em>\u201eEduca\u021bia este un proiect pe termen lung, iar Teach for Romania \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 modele valoroase pentru viitorul copiilor, care la r\u00e2ndul lor s\u0103 devin\u0103 modele \u00een familiile lor \u0219i \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile din care fac parte. Proiectul FIERST are ca obiectiv formarea profesorilor \u00een scopul de a-i motiva s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 metode adecvate privind educa\u021bia incluziv\u0103 \u0219i dezvoltarea unor comunit\u0103\u021bi de practic\u0103 \u00een \u0219colile lor, \u00een cadrul c\u0103rora s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 solu\u021bii de lucru pentru to\u021bi elevii lor. P\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul acestui an \u0219colar, 2019-2020, vom fi lucrat cu 13 \u0219coli \u0219i 62 profesori. Dac\u0103 \u00een primul an de proiect am lucrat cu 3 \u0219coli \u0219i 14 profesori, acum, \u00een al doilea an, lucr\u0103m cu 10 \u0219coli \u0219i 48 de profesori\u201d,<\/em> spune Iulia Pielmu\u0219, CEO Teach for Romania.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reprezentan\u021bii \u0218colii Gimnaziale \u201eProfesor Ion Vi\u0219oiu\u201d au prezentat proiectele pe care le desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i care sunt mult duse \u00een zona de incluziune a elevilor \u0219i au organizat o vizit\u0103 prin \u0219coal\u0103, unde invita\u021bii au putut vedea clasele \u00een care \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 elevii \u0219i atelierele de lucru care se desf\u0103\u0219urau \u00een acela\u0219i timp, chiar dac\u0103 era o zi de weekend. Spre exemplu, \u00eentr-una din clase, sub \u00eendrumarea profesorului de muzic\u0103, un grup de elevi c\u00e2nta la diferite instrumente, c\u00e2t \u0219i vocal, imnul \u0219colii. Merg\u00e2nd mai departe, invita\u021bii au putut observa la biblioteca \u0219colii c\u00e2\u021biva elevi, care aveau un atelier de pictur\u0103 de icoane pe sticl\u0103.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8921\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8921\" style=\"width: 806px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8921 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/teachforromania.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/144.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"806\" height=\"537\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8921\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Ioana-Otilia Chiselev<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dup\u0103 aceast\u0103 vizit\u0103 prin \u0219coal\u0103, profesorii care au participat anul trecut \u00een proiectul FIERST au avut o prezentare \u00een care au povestit despre experien\u021ba lor \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu sesiunile de training prin care au trecut, dar \u0219i experien\u021bele din \u00eent\u00e2lnirile de comunitate care au fost valoroase pentru ei, pentru c\u0103 au g\u0103sit solu\u021bii de abordare la clas\u0103 de la colegii lor de cancelarie participan\u021bi la \u00eent\u00e2lniri. Unii dintre participan\u021bi au men\u021bionat \u00een timpul \u00eent\u00e2lnirii: \u201eCopiii s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be cu inima dar \u0219i noi s\u0103 pred\u0103m cu inima\u201d sau \u201eCred c\u0103 profesorii ar trebui s\u0103 interac\u021bioneze mai mult \u00een astfel de \u00eent\u00e2lniri.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proiectul \u201eFrom Inclusive Education to Real Scale Transfer\u201d se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 pe durata a trei ani, prin colaborarea a 9 organiza\u021bii partenere din 5 \u021b\u0103ri: Bulgaria, Rom\u00e2nia, Suedia, Estonia \u0219i Anglia.
